One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. This company has shady business relationships. Customer beware.

They changed a part that did not needed to be changed.
Our AC is as it was before.
The technician could not be more rude.
He said this is as good as an AC can be, like I have not used HVAC before.. lol

This company helped fix our AC unit at our office during the middle of the summer. Alex was professional and extremely helpful getting our AC running quickly. Much appreciated for the help and great customer service :)

Only rating 5 stars because there aren’t more to give. We could not be happier with the service we received from ACT. We called Jonathan because our old AC Unit wasn’t blowing cold, and was definitely passed it’s prime. He was able to make it blow cold for the first time in years and was honest with us and presented us with the pros and cons between constant maintenance or purchasing a new unit. We were presented with a proposal with absolutely no pressure. Ultimately, we ended up going with a new AC Unit and from the initial visit through completion, Jonathan and his team were punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and thorough. They made sure to haul away all of the trash (instead of filling up my bins) and left my driveway and yard way they found it. No random screws, etc. It is the little things that matter. Purchasing a new AC Unit is not a cheap endeavor but ACT made it a pleasurable experience. Thanks guys!

Jonathan and his team are fantastic. There are no high pressure tactics, or upselling. They show up when they say they are going to. Prices are very competitive and they work clean. We had a whole new system installed and Jonathan even checked in that evening to make sure we were "cool". We couldn't be happier!

They clearly value the "old school" way the service industry is supposed to work, contrary to the large corporate company "attitude" that could care less about you or their customer service. Valery was very professional and knowledgeable. During his first visit, he quickly identified the issue with my washer and explained it clearly. He ordered the necessary part right away, and the repair was completed within the same week. Excellent service from start to finish!

The technician who visited our home was knowledgeable and took the time to explain his findings as well as what would be submitted to our insurance provider. However, our claim was ultimately denied, with the insurance company stating they did not receive the necessary documentation from Smartchoice.

It was difficult to get in touch with a representative—I attempted to call several times, but the calls frequently went to voicemail and were not returned. When I was finally able to speak with someone at Smartchoice, he seemed to have an attitude. I was informed that all required documentation had been submitted to the insurance company, and that since the claim had been denied, there was nothing further they could do. They did, however, provide me with a copy of the documentation they had sent to the insurance.

I have had the technicians from another company out earlier this week and was told they could not fix my unit. Then offered to give me a quote for a new one. I told my service provider about this and they said it was unavailable and unprofessional. Your technician came diagnosed and repairs were completed quickly. Thanks for the great service.

SmartChoice was awesome! Our technician explained the problem with our mini-split HVAC system so we could easily understand the situation. Our technician was on-time, friendly and very knowledgeable of the mini-split system. He was also very honest when it came to the pricing! Yay Edward!
