Bogdan was amazing. This is the second time he came out in the last two years for appliance service and I would give him 7 starts if I could. He is extremely knowledgable and smart. And extremely polite and a great communicator. He fixed this issue in one visit this time and we are very impressed.

It took over 3 weeks to get my washer fixed, the problem with it were the springs were dated and the parts needed were available on Amazon!! Why make the customer wait so long for the repair to take place, huge inconvenience especially when you have an illness prohibiting you to leave your home! Horrible service will definitely not renew the warranty with this current company!!

Edward the technician was on time, very professional and efficient. He quickly replaced the capacitor for the heat pump and tested the heating system to ensure it was operating as it should. I was very pleased with the level of service provided me.

Overall, from start to finish, I was very impressed with the kindness and ease it was working with their hvac technician Alex and the Smartchoice team. The price I got for replacing my entire system (indoor and outdoor unit) was the best in OC (I did a loooottt of shopping), if it wasn’t for the weather the instal could have been made so much faster (they couldn’t do it in the rain).

I really appreciated that Alex put in the time to make sure everything worked perfectly before leaving. Everyone was so professional and the payment options really helped me make this happen. I’d highly recommend to anyone!

Andrii from Smart Choice Service (dispatched by First American Home Warranty) was professional, on time, and very thorough. He quickly diagnosed my washing machine was filling when off due to a failing inlet valve, ordered the part, and replaced it promptly. He also corrected my hot and cold water lines and identified a separate plumbing issue with the water line knob, sending clear photos and videos and safely turning off the water to prevent leaks until a plumber can fix it. Very responsive, efficient, and communicative — excellent service from both Andrii and the team.
