Spiker carpet and tile: This company came on time and cleaned my carpet and rugs. Customer service and equipment is top notch. They did an excellent job!!! I will recommend to everyone.

I highly recommend this company ! I was in the process of moving and had to get my carpets cleaned and they were able to email me a copy of my invoice so i can forward it to my property manager. They came a little earlier than my appointment block, which was wonderful! They had a great promo on Groupon so i checked out their reviews. Well.... the 5 star reviews were true! I would definitely do business with them again.

Second time using Spiker Carpet and it definitely won't be the last. Great rates, helpful people, and willing to come in and get the work done relatively quick.

They also do a great job explaining what kinda care needs to be done and what package would be best to deal with your current issues. Always a solid purchase.

Today I had my carpets cleaned by Spiker Carpet and Tile Care. The Techician arrrved on time very knowledgeable about his craft and carpets in general. Gary was efficient explaining what to expect. I have used this service before they are excellent. Would not hesitate to refer them or use them again . I have some friends waiting to call for the service.

Had an urgent home carpet cleaning needed before the inlaws arrived. Spiker was here the next day and 10 minutes ahead of schedule.
With their black light system, I was able to see that there were many more pet urine stains than I had originally thought.
They were able to treat those areas and bring the entire upstairs carpet back to life.
Pros.

Gary with Spiker cleaned our kitchen floor tile. It had quite a build up of dirt and grease. Gary did a fantastic job! It looks clean and fresh and better than when we moved into our home. I highly recommend Spiker! I will use them for cleaning again.

I waited three days to post a review because I'm pretty picky and my carpetswere pretty bad. We recently got two dogs. Neither of them are potty trained completely. although we were extremely diligent about cleaning the spots as they happened, the smell was horrible. There were also a lot of high traffic areas that were discolored. We ordered the platinum package. I was gone when John finished, and when I got home 5 hours later, I couldn't really tell how clean the carpets were since they weren't dry yet. I turned my heat to 78 and left it there all night. The next day, the carpets literally looked brand new. And the urine smell is completely gone! I am ecstatic with the job he did. I will definitely be using Spiker every time I get my carpets cleaned, which will be every 6 months. Thanks for taking such pride in the work you do. I really am very happy with the job!

I was very impressed with the service received from this very respectable company. So much in fact I am already planning on giving them a call to come out and clean our carpets again. As a added service they even cleaned the carpet in our dodge truck. 5 stars for Spiker I'd give them more if I could.

Great service!! Showed up on time, called 30 minutes before the showed up. My carpets look amazing. John was very nice and professional. I will definitely call Spiker again when I need my carpets done.

Brian and his team is a wonderful business!! We had them come out in Nov and clean our two area rugs that we bought in Turkey and they did a wonderful job. When we place them right after Christmas in the front room, I noticed a weird looking spot that hadn't been there before, After contacting him, they were here on the same day, did a fast stream and clean on the spot, and it looks better than brand new right now! Big thanks for saving the rug and being so fast and professional!!!!

I called Spiker Carpet and Tile to clean the tile in the large kitchen/family room and foyer area in the house we're about to move into. Spiker Carpet and Tile were great! Their technician called half an hour to let me know when he'd be arriving, then proceeded to arrive at that exact time! Their technician (I'm sorry, the name escapes me!) really took their time and in assessing and paid special attention to problem areas (unfortunately there were many). The finished product was more than I had hoped for. I highly recommend Spiker Carpet and Tile.

One week ago today Spiker Carpet Cleaning came to my house to clean my filthy carpets. After setting up all the equipment to start the process, Gary discovered the motor that runs the whole operation would not start. It was later discovered that mice had got in and damaged the wires over night. After finding out the problem at the repair shop, Gary called me to reschedule an appointment. Today was the day, one week later. Gary called me about 1/2 hour before arriving, and was here right on time.

Gary is a knowledgeable, professional, and a likable young man. He did a beautiful job, my 17 year old carpets looks almost brand new. Due to the inconvenience a week earlier I was given a 25% discount off of the original quote. Being retired, and on a fixed income, this made my day. Had my carpet cleaned today and am very pleased with the results. The tech Brian called before hand and gave me a heads up on when he would arrive which was very convinient and he was right on time.
Brian was extremely professional and immediately showed me spots with his light I didn't even know were there! After going over the packages he went straight to work and didn't stop til the job was done.
Very pleased with the job that was done and my carpets look like new again! I would definitely recommend spiker for anyone who is looking to freshen up their carpets. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Excellent service! Extremely knowledgeable! Brian answered all of my questions; and I had a lot!! Haha!! I was very pleased with the results. We have very old, worn out carpet, but it looked so much better after it was cleaned!! Spiker is the only company that we use now. Spiker tile and carpet is the real deal. The professionalism and cleanliness was like no other. The technician was knowledgeable and explained in detail, how to maintain my flooring throughout my home. My flooring looked and felt great after the work was preformed. I even had a spot on my couch that the technician was pleased to clean. I was so pleased with the work, that I wrote a email the the owner about how his company is the further.

This was my first time hiring Spiker. I had 2 area rugs and my sectional couch cleaned. Scheduling an apppintment was effortless; I was added into the schedule within a timely manner...not weeks out like I've experienced with other companies. Gary was professional and efficient. I'm so pleased with how the area rugs turned out. After living with a big dog, they had seen better days, but now they look new again! My whole experience with Spiker, from start to finish, was 5 stars!

Spiker Carpet and Tile has been fantastic to work with from the very beginning! I was happy to be able to schedule an appointment on the exact day and time I was hoping for. I do not have enough great things to say about Spiker. The fact that the first time I experienced their amazing carpet cleaning was by being nominated by friends for a free carpet cleaning, in and of itself speaks volumes for what the company is all about... Giving back to the community. I've been a loyal customer since and they do an amazing job each and everytime I call them to do the carpets. I get the pet package because the puppy has her accidents here and there and I can never get it completely out of the carpet... but thats where Spiker comes in... they can get it out! Gary came out today for my service and as always, he was on time, he was friendly, he was professional, & he was quick! They are always so accommodating scheduling around my schedule and make sure that they call before arriving. I seriously could not be happier with a carpet cleaning company! I will continue to recommend Spiker to everyone who is looking for a company to get the job done right the first time!
