I had a great experience with Spiker. They were prompt in contacting me after my inquiry. I received a call with in 2 minutes of my email!

I was quickly scheduled for an appointment the very next day!

The technician cleaning my home was personal and accommodating. He worked around my daughters nap, waiting to do her room until last so she could sleep.

Most importantly, the carpets looked great!

I am pleased and will call upon them again.

This was my first experience with Spiker Carpet & Tile Care and it won't be my last! My experience today was outstanding and left me feeling like a happy and satisfied customer. Gary was my technician today and he was courteous from the start and provided me with a phone call prior to arriving for my appointment and arrived on time. He is very professional and took time to explain to me how he would clean my floor tile and addressed all my questions ahead of time. Gary was very knowledgeable and took great care of my laminate floor strip and was careful not to allow the machine to make contact with it. WOW is my kitchen floor tile and grout clean!

I will definitely utilize this company again due to their excellent customer service and superb performance. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Spiker was awesome with their services. They came to my commercial office and cleaned about 1600 square feet of high traffic area. The before and after is fantastic. The office looks better and smells better.

I had a fantastic experience with Spiker Carpet and Tile Care. They were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job on my carpets. The results exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend their services!

It's sad when you think your floors are relatively clean and you see the difference between the before and after. We could not be happier with The service Gary provided. The results are exceptional. The price was less than expected as well. Everything was dry by morning. If you are looking for carpet and tile cleaning I recommend Spiker Carpet and Tile Care. Service the way service was meant to be. Thanks guys!

I recently hired a carpet cleaning service that truly exceeded my expectations. The owner, Brian was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire cleaning process, which made me feel confident in their expertise. Not only did they do an outstanding job revitalizing my carpets, but they also offered a generous discount that made the service even more appealing. The team was professional and efficient, tackling tough stains with ease and leaving my carpets looking fresh and vibrant. I appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking for quality work at a great price!

Brian did a phenomenal job that no other nearby upholstery cleaner could have done. I have 3 vintage couches that I bought recently and they are 100% stuffed with down feathers. I tried to clean them myself, knowing that the prior owner had cats and that only made the smell worse and caused me headaches. Brian fully explained why that happened and came in with his partner the next day to do the job. They got out cat urine, dander, all of the allergens, and an entire layer of oil. He also left me with a bottle of their spot cleaner. Really appreciate this service and now I know that I’m breathing fresh air in my own house. I will be contacting him again soon for future jobs.

I called a total of 3 different pool service companies. These folks were the first to call me back and answer all my questions. They came out to check our pool and sent me an agreement that protected both of us not a “contract” very nice to work with so far. Our pool is crystal Clear!!! Up to now we are very happy with our decision to move forward with them. Very thorough in their description of what they do.

Trevor did an amazing job! He was professional and my windows sparkle!

Trevor did a great job on my windows - inside and out. I would definitely recommend this company. 😎🤩😀

Trevor was very easy to work with! The job was completed in a timely manner and fairly priced..would hire again!

Good service, my windows always look immaculate when Treavor cleans them. As a business that cares about the details, I appreciate how thorough he is with his work. I would definitely recommend this company.

I’ve had other window cleaners and some even broke my window screen and never offered to repair it. Then I hired Kraken Kleaning and my husband and I were both impressed how clean our windows and screens were. I felt lije tgey went above and beyond your normal window services. Definitely someone I highly recommend. I gave them 5 stars but they deserve 10.

I am so pleased with the service I received. My windows look great and I won't wait so long next time to enjoy them! Great experience from start to finish. Most definitely recommend them and will use them again!

Great communication and a great job getting our windows cleaned! They had been overdue, but look great now! Quoting and scheduling was easy 🙂

We've used Kraken Kleaning two years in a row now and are most impressed with the service.

Trevor has an excellent, professional demeanor from start to finish. I am so impressed with the prompt and efficient communication and the quality of work done is always TOP NOTCH. This year, we had him clean our solar panels, too. I have found Kraken's prices to be very competitive, as well.

I highly recommend Kraken and Trevor for your window, solar, and pressure washing needs. Give him a call--you won't be disappointed!

Trevor returned my call quickly and was able to come out same day (was in the area). Trevor and his team were efficient and cleaned 10 solar panels in about a 1/2 hour. Very affordable and excellent job. Will definitely use them again. Thanks for a great job!

Trevor with Kraken Kleaning cleaned our solar panels and windows yesterday and we could not be happier with the quality of his work. From the scheduling to the finished work, Trevor and his wife were professional, friendly and took pride in doing a great job. We couldn’t be happier to find a young entrepreneur that knows how to provide quality work. Kraken Kleaning will now be our “Go To” for window washing, solar panel cleaning and pressure washing if needed.

Amazing customer service, always fast to communicate and A+ job!

Good customer service, helped us move some furniture last minute, punctual, and friendly. Our carpet looked great afterwards.
