I called on a Saturday mornings, they squeezed me in at 2p same day! The tech was extremely respectful and courteous.

I was very happy to have such a great technician. He was very thorough and helpful. He also did my refrigerator and dish washing machine . Would like to have him on other service calls.

After waiting around for another repair place, I called A-T on Friday morning. Tim came out around 3 pm, on time, and had the dryer fixed by 3:45. No problems at all. I was very pleased! I will use them again if I have problems.

Very responsive to my initial inquiry. Showed up when he said he was going to show up. Worked quickly. Explained the issues with my parents' Samsung electric range thoroughly. During the visit, I remembered my parents had an issue with their Maytag dryer as well and that was quickly assessed and repaired on the same visit!

very honest, called Andrew in the first time for dryer problem, he came in promptly , diagnosed the problem, and told me it was not a machine problem but clogged up vent duct. So my husband went to Home Depot bought the 'do it yourself kit' but machine still didn't work. Called back in Andrew insisting it is the machine, he checked it again and this time insisted we hire a professional vent duct cleaner with roof license. And so we did. Sure enough, he was correct. He did not charge us for the second call. And like what Andrew said, it should be someone with roof license who goes up the roof and clean the duct filter from up too. I just realized the importance of roof access when we had a roofer fix a leaking roof vent 2 months later, and as he checked all the vents, he noticed the dryer vent cap was still packed with compressed lints.

Reached out to AT appliance after reading some encouraging reviews. I had a Samsung washer that had been having some unbalanced issues for quite a while that was getting more and more infuriating to deal with. Almost no loads would be able to spin properly as it would always be unbalanced. I called and was able to get Mark out for an early morning Saturday inspection. He was able to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate to repair and order the parts. Within a couple days they scheduled to return and complete the repair. Would definitely use them again! They were early for both appointments, friendly, efficient and quality work. Our washer is back to working like new! Thank you!

I've recently had AT Appliance Service assess an issue with my refrigerator. After an immediate response, same day, and review Andrew diagnosed the problem. My 20+ year old Thermador oven had an electronic lock for the cleaning mechanism and it locked by itself. I hadn't turned on the clean cycle. I called AT Appliance and they actually came out that very same day about three hours later. Tim spent literally one hour taking apart the oven to get the door open. He made it so it will not lock which is what I wanted. He then put it back together and showed me that everything worked. He insisted that all he would charge me for was the service call. I will keep their number for any future needs. What a great company. That is so rare these days not trying to upsell me or overcharge me just because they know more than me. I would recommend them to anyone for appliance repair

I called AT Appliance repair. Andrew came out the same day a few hours after my call. He explained everything, showed me the parts & repaired my LG dryer within 90 minutes. He was very skilled, professional and kind. I’m keeping AT Appliance Repair as my main repair service on all of my appliances that require repairs.
