We save half time and energy to dry our clothes after he repairs it. If you have any problems with your dryers. Needed my ice maker and oven fixed. Turns out my oven was good. He showed me how to reset it. Overall service was quick and great. He even gave me tips on how to prolong the life of my appliance. Would recommend.

I continue to be very impressed by Johnny's work, attitude, quick response to my needs and convenient location. I had broken dishwasher door spring retainers and he found the parts and fixed the problem. He also inspected the integrity of my refrigerator, my washer and my dryer, giving me very useful advice about how to assure their good health.

I called Johnny because my dishwasher did not drain all the water out. I was also dealing with a misterious leak coming from underneath my kichen wood floor and our plumber could not pin point since all the piping and walls were dry. Johnny came the next morning and upon inspection, found the culprit behind the fridge. Our ice machine water line was ruptured and water was slowly gushing out on the floor. No wonder because the water from the floor was clean and not smelly if coming from underground. He fixed it and cleaned out the clogged in the dishwasher. Johnny saved us thoudands and our Christmas since we were hosting. This is my 2nd review for him because he is simply the BEST and genuinely great at what he does! We are trully grateful for his expertise and speedy services.

Had a loose baffle in my dryer and needed to have the drum diagnosed and the baffle reattached. Great service from the business owner himself. Hardworking, knowledgeable, and dedicated to doing a great job. He is passionate and not only worked on the issue at hand but provided useful tips and advice for preventing further issues on my dryer and washer.

Our refrigerator's freezer had ice build-up, enough so that the ice dispenser was no longer working. I Googled and came across Johnny at Simple Repairs Appliances. He answered right away. He arrived at our house within an hour. He identified the problem. He drove to pick up the replacement parts needed, and he installed everything within an hour and a half afterward.

He was transparent about his labor. He clearly delineated the process--what had gone wrong and why, and how he was going to fix the problem. And, to top things off, he was personable, respectful. Even more, he followed through, did what he said he'd do. Nowadays, we have certainly come to expect a whole lot less.
