Had some old shingles falling off last week. These guys from Edison California Roofing replaced the whole roof fast. They didn’t mess around, finished in a couple days. Roof looks solid now and no leaks at all. Pretty impressed with how smooth it went!

David from The Roofing company showed up right on time and made sure everything was done solidly and quickly. It’s such a relief not having to worry about it anymore. We are about 48 days in with our construction and we have been very happy with the progress. Prior to choosing them as our contractor we were invited to see a couple of their current projects which helped us to make an informed decision in hiring them. I’ve not heard of that being done before. From day one we’ve been amazed at how fast and efficient the workers are. Everyday so far, they’ve come around 7:30am and finish about 3:30pm. They come ready to work hard and have so far done exceptional work. We would most definitely highly recommend hiring them if you’re in need of a contractor.

Sergio and his build crew from OSH Construction came highly recommended by a friend, and I can highly recommend them as well. Wow, wow, wow. We are extremely happy with the quality and timeliness of the work that Sergio did for us during the recent remodel of our primary bathroom. The finished bathroom is a dream come true!

Sergio exceeded our idea of an ideal contractor – he is excellent in every way! He is honest, a problem solver, efficient, hardworking, and creative. He has an awesome skilled crew. He is a good role model for all the trades he uses, and they respect him. As a result, they show up early in the morning, work hard all day, and keep a neat worksite. He kept us apprised of the status of the project every day, which was very reassuring.

Sergio is very knowledgeable about all aspects of construction and provided great advice regarding the final layout of the bathroom and fixing unexpected defects. For example, during a rainy day, his crew found a leak in the roof while demolishing the shower. Sergio immediately alerted us and provided a roofer that same day to fix the leak rather than ignoring the problem like some other contractors would have done. We never encountered a situation where Sergio didn’t provide a viable solution.

In addition to providing good solid construction, he also had an eye for design which was helpful in choosing materials and placement of fixtures (cabinets, sinks, etc.).

Construction at its core is a stressful endeavor for most layman. However, Sergio relieved me of the roller coaster worries that I expected when starting my project! This was our second project with Sergio and Osh Construction, and we truly could not be happier. This project actually began b/c Sergio and his team helped us discover leaks and water damage in our exterior wall during a previous project. What started as a straightforward rebuild of that wall eventually evolved into a much more extensive project due to evolving requirements from our city and HOA. Through all the changes and unexpected curveballs, Sergio remained patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful. He always explained our options clearly, gave us honest assessments of what to expect, and provided thoughtful recommendations. He never pressured us and always gave us space to make decisions. When things came up, he always patiently worked with us to adjust plans and schedules.

Sergio was highly responsive and proactive throughout the entire process. His estimates were clear, detailed, and fair, and he made the effort to ensure our project always moved forward. When we began the actual construction, the team exceeded all expectations. On the very first day, they accomplished far more than scheduled. We had initially worried about living with an exposed wall, but thanks to their hard work and planning, the walls were closed up and windows installed right away so nothing was left open.

The Osh crew consistently showed up early (typically between 7:30 and 8:30 AM) and was always courteous and respectful. Even on inspection days, someone from the team would arrive early to ensure everything was ready and wait for the city inspector because the inspection timeframes weren’t posted until that morning. The crew often went above and beyond our original scope of work, taking steps to add value our home, help prevent future issues, and deliver the best outcome. The quality of their work is incredible. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and we trust them completely not just to do the job, but to do it right.

Most of the work was finished ahead of schedule, and our final inspection passed on time. We’re so grateful for all the effort, flexibility, and care Sergio and his team put into our project.

If you’re planning a project that doesn’t quite fall into a neat box, and need specific work done, here are the details of our project. Sergio and his team did a phenomenal job with the following: demolition, insulation, exterior wall waterproofing, window installation (both retrofit and new construction), flashing, stucco, siding (cement and wood), and painting. all with excellent results.

I’m writing this review as our house is still being updated. We are 3/4 finished and have had an outstanding experience with Sergio! His communication was top-notch, keeping us informed every step of the way. The quality of his work was excellent, showcasing his thorough attention to detail. We had our 1956 home was in desperate need of an update and addition as our family grew.
Sergio was very attentive and thorough with where and how our money would be spent.

Absolutely amazing service from Sergio and his team. Construction can be stressful but he and his team are always on time and always through and clean.
