Absolutely horrible. They installed a drain next to the building, few days later there was warm/hot water pouring out of the discharge line. Contacted them to investigate to make sure they did not hit a hot water line. Got 1 response from them stating they will investigate. Did not hear back from them till a week about being on vacation but they will have someone check it today. Still waiting and nothing.

They rescheduled the project twice due to shortage of materials. However when they finally did the work it was done professionally. They met their deadline of days to get the work done. They cleaned up every day before they left. I would definitely recommend them.

They did a great job. They were professional and knew what needed to be done. The were friendly, explained things clearly, and left our garden looking better than before. They also gave us a three year guarantee.

I would hire these people again in a hot second. Our drainage job (in front of our garage to prevent flooding into the garage) was done with A+ precision ... but this review is about more than about the job itself. I also want to give A+ marks to Shanese and her team who handled every aspect of this transaction with the best customer care goal clearly in mind.

Getting an estimate from them was like pulling teeth. Our estimator told us when he came by to discuss our project that we would get an estimate by end of day, which never happened. When we reached out a few days later, he told us again that he would send something by end of day and nothing happened. We eventually had to reach out to the owner who had responded to us on Yelp to push and get an estimate.

Horrible follow-through and estimate was about 3 times what we had anticipated. Would not consider using them just based on how tedious it was to just get an estimate!

Professional Drainage Experts did a great job identifying my drainage problem, working with me to create a plan to address the problem, and then completing the work in a timely manner. Shanese was very easy to work with and her team did a great job at my house and even went above and beyond when they identified a leak in my irrigation line. I would definitely recommend hiring this company for anyone needing help with drainage around a house and to protect the foundation from water intrusion.

If you need concrete work or a new drainage job done then Professional Drainage Experts are the way to go for sure! I will start with Brett who is one of their estimators. He came to my home and gave me all sorts of ideas on where and how many drains I need to ensure maximum flow since I had no drains and my backyard would constantly flood. Brett ensured me all water would lead away from our foundation.
next up would be Beto who was the project manager once the job started. I was not home during all the work which took 10 days. Not bad considering there was so much demo and concrete to remove. Beto was available and took my calls or called me back as soon as he could. Everything I asked of him he came back with a positive response and with great communication. Thank you Beto!
Then the master man Julio He can do anything it seems like. He and his team were efficient, clean and the work was excellent. He went above and beyond what I asked for. THANK YOU

I was very fortunate to find Professional Drainage Experts. From the moment I contacted them I know I had found the right team to fix our issue. They were able to get out quickly, do a very detailed site walk and get a bid back quickly.

Job took 3 days to complete under hot conditions. The crew (there was 5 people total!) were all very professional and nice and the level of detail shows. They had to saw through some very thick concrete, dig out some trenches, add rebar and epoxy along with the drain gutters/grates and then re-concrete everything. They also did this work on a steep downward slope driveway and worked on a very steep hill.

If you want an honest opinion about your house and the foundation, Professional Drainage Experts is who you have to call. I first spoke with Shanese about a new house I had put an offer in that had really uneven floors, and she was super understanding about my concerns and was able to send out one of her guys the very next morning. I believe the gentleman’s name was Jose “JR,” called me about 15 minutes before arriving to the site and was so kind and knowledgeable! He took his time and drew out the under ground layout and was not pushy with anything what so ever! He answered every question I had and was so patient with explaining everything. I’d definitely recommend Professional Drainage Experts to anyone.

They really are experts in drainage and troubleshooting difficult landscapes to protect your home. From day 1 the evaluation was spot on for the water collection issues around our home. Shanese took the time to explain all the problems and come up with available solutions within our budget. Professional Drainage Experts did an amazing job! We recently had to have a French drain installed on very short notice as an escrow contingency for the sale of our house. We needed the job done quickly and it needed to be guaranteed for the new owners. The sale of our house hinged on getting the job done in a timely manner. The job was tricky because there were lots of tree roots in the area where the drain was to be put in. Other companies gave us outrageously high quotes and said that the job would take over a week to complete. Professional Drainage Experts came in with a reasonable quote and said that they could to the work in 3 days, guaranteed! We could not be happier with their work.

From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Their inspector Jonathan answered all of our questions and gave us a quote on the same day. The crew was professional, on time, polite, and most importantly, they did an excellent job. The best part was that they took before and after photos and also took a video of the new drain fully functioning. We were able to send these to the buyers of our home to assure that all drain issues had been solved.

Jonathan and his assistant did an excellent job waterproofing our foundation in planter areas in the front of our Studio City house! They were very thorough and did a meticulous job! We will definitely use them if needed in the future and would not hesitate to highly recommend them to family members and friends. Furthermore, they were very competitively priced! Shanese from Professional drainage came to inspect our drains to make sure everything was flowing the way it should. She said everything looked good and said our gutters just needed a good cleaning. From all the videos on Instagram my husband and I have learned a lot. My husband realized during our last rain fall we had a leak where our gutters ran which could possibly ruin the sides of our house. So he cleaned our gutters. And got rid of years of build up. I never imagined I’d be writing a recommendation for a drainage company, but I’m so impressed with Professional Drainage Experts that I had to. A few years ago, we had a leak in our laundry room in our hillside home. Their team came up with a clever solution to reroute the water from the top of the house. It wasn’t cheap, but it was far more affordable than any of the more complex alternatives—and for three years, through every rainy season, we had no issues.

This year, we noticed some minor leaking in the same area. I reached out to the company around 6 PM on a rainy day, and they immediately texted me back, troubleshooting in real time. That same evening, they sent someone out, who quickly diagnosed the issue: the system was completely clogged and just needed cleaning. Thankful that’s all it was! And that they could come out and unclog the system the same day.

I can’t say enough good things about their service, their responsiveness, and their ingenuity. If you need drainage solutions, I highly highly recommend them.

Last year, we had a new drainage system installed by Professional Drainage Experts. It worked well this past winter, but I had not received information about a maintenance plan so I contacted them recently in preparation for this year's rainy season. One of their technicians, Adam, came and flushed water through the drain pipes and determine that there was some blockage--some leaves likely from a neighbor's tree- and advised that we should regularly flush through the system throughout the year to keep it running properly. I asked the neighbor to trim the over-grown bush and contacted Liberty, the company's office manager, for follow-up. She arranged for free hydro-jetting since I had previously asked about maintenance!!! Kenneth, the hydro-jetting technician, came promptly this morning and cleared all the drain pipes. He also gave me some recommendations for on-going maintenance. Excellent service!
