Shame on you Mark.... tell me one thing over the phone and show up with extra costs everywhere. Waste of my time and money... EVERYONE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR... use a family owned business, someone that understands customer service and the value of it. I called Mark when the tech tried to tell me there were additional fees and he got loud with me and was opposite of professional and helpful.

We are very happy that we located a honest upfront company like Chem-Dry. They were very professional and worked hard to get the dirt and stains removed. My friend recommended them and she was right on about them!

Do not use this carpet cleaning company! Very unprofessional and rude manager on the phone told me that he would not honor the Groupon that I purchased because it was for my office. The manager would not work with me at all and lied to me and told me that they do not service businesses. When asked if I paid in cash if he would service my business, he said "yes, definitely." This company is a scam and does not operate with integrity.

Very friendly and kind team. They were flexible and fast, and I like that their products are safe for pets and kids, no harsh smells.

I used the Groupon deal for the rooms and the guy gave me a quote on the stairs and I agreed but after the guy completed his job I received a bill twice the amount($82 for 20 steps), and they told me that their first quote ($37) was for regular cleaning and they did a deep cleaning in my stairs!
The service was fast and good.

Flat out liars and false advertising and guaranteed they will pay money to have this review removed. They came in and the guy charged me $230 dollars to clean 2 area rugs. I left the house and they left 10 minutes after me before me. When I got home all the rugs were stained and the rugs took 2 days to dry everything they advertise is complete BS.

They say they will have the guy come back out but he will cancel and reschedule continuously. Don't fall for the green certified because I can just about guarantee that they will not be able to provide any certification.

I can see other people have had the same experience based on the pictures yet the reviews have been removed.

My recommendation don't believe the green this green that they use the same thing as everyone else just false advertising and lazy and unresponsive employees.

I would highly discourage anyone from using this company. A man showed up at my home two days before the scheduled appointment and insisted that the appointment was for that day. While I was trying to have a conversation with him about the confusion, he shrugged and told me he had better things to do, slammed the gate to my patio and stormed off. When I called the company to complain about this behavior, they were equally dismissive and rude. Absolutely abhorrent customer service. Find a company that appreciates your business and has kind people working for them.

I had a "groupon", and called hoping to get an appointment this week. The nice fellow on the phone got me an appointment TODAY! I have pets, and the carpet is (was) really awful. Darren Edgar arrived on time, and did a terrific job with everything. He was efficient and fast, and while I knew all the stains wouldn't come out, Darren did a far better job than I could have hoped for.

I will definitely use this company again as this experience is by far better than the last carpet cleaning company I tried!

We had old, leaky ducts, so we booked duct removal and replacement, and the team removed everything safely and installed new ducts!! Now the airflow is amazing

I required an assessment of duct system since there was no airflow in the house. The project team was meticulous and it found invisible leakages. The cooling in the house is no longer uneven due to repairs.

Indoor air quality had to be improved as there was dust accumulation everywhere. Installing new filters and cleaning of the ducts they did completely. Breathing is much easier now. Great work!

We contracted them to carry out commercial duct cleaning in our plant. Its team was effective, time-conscious and did not cause a lot of disturbance to work time. Subsequently, air was fresher and my workers stopped experiencing numerous allergies. Wonderful result.
