I’m beyond impressed with the carpet stain removal service. I had several stubborn stains that I thought would never come out, but they managed to make my carpets look brand new. The process was thorough, and there was no residue left behind. The fresh, clean look of my living room carpet has completely transformed the space. It feels like I just bought a new carpet.

My house reeks of an intense toxic smell. They mentioned they don’t use toxic ingredients however my head has been pounding, I’m wheezy, and my sinuses are swollen and I can’t stop blowing my nose. My whole household is feeling these fumes including my 5 month old baby. This company has no ethics at all.
The guy shows up 30 minutes late from what he said and came rolling in with a Home Depot bucket and a clunky carpet cleaner with no extra tools or cleaning solution.They market themselves as a non toxic ingredient company but I’m having a really hard time believing this as our symptoms that we’re feeling. He must have poured a whole toxic bottle into his dirty machine before he walked in. He spent a total of 5 minutes with his machine cleaning my rug and then left. We spent $80 which is affordable but definitely not worth it. This was their basic package but he tried to upsale us for a $240 deluxe package. That was not in our budget but I feel he would’ve done the same exact service but maybe for 15 minutes longer instead 5. Check their yelp reviews. I did after the fact. These reviews on this platform must be bots and fake profiles as there is no way this company is running a legitimate business. Not to mention the couple times I called they don’t even answer their phone properly like a professional business. I should’ve known. I’m a real person with a real family and I feel like we were taken advantage of. I definitely do not recommend this place for any service. It’s a joke. I’m so disappointed.
