I've used Janssen's twice now for marble, quartzite, and tile cleaning and sealing. Ted, and the whole team are great. Punctual, professional and do great work. They really know their stuff. They immediately put on booties before entering your home. I had to change the appointment twice and there was absolutely no attitude, just a cheerful rescheduling. AND they always answer their phone! I plan to use them for upholstery and rugs as needed.

Do not recommend. Upon return rugs were vacuumed and it was if they hadn’t been cleaned indicated by the amount of dust that came up. We have always had a good experience before this. Will be finding another carpet cleaner.

I don't usually give reviews but today I will be sharing how amazing Dankar Carpet Cleaning and Services were. I had this black stain on my carpet and I tried a different company before but they were unsuccessful in getting rid of the stains and a friend shared to me Dankar and I tried and I was surprised because the stains were gone and the service was really fast. Good job for the team!

Our light brown-colored carpet in the kitchen has stains from soy sauce that the previous carpet cleaning guys did not removed. We called up this company and did not expect when we saw that the stains are totally gone. The team did a wonderful job and I recommended them already to everyone looking the services they offer. We are so pleased to have found them to check out our carpet.

I had a large not-so-white-anymore area rug that was in need of attention. Called Janssen's. I mentioned that I would need it returned by a certain date -due to a preset furniture delivery. When they arrived, they donned their booties at my front door, surveyed the item in question, gave me a very reasonable estimate, moved my furniture, rolled up the rug, moved the furniture back in place, and took it away.

About a week later, they contacted me to set up a delivery day. They then returned and donned their booties again, entered my home with a freshly rolled up rug, set it aside to move the furniture again, unrolled and placed the rug in it's correct position, moved the furniture back in place, gave me an invoice, accepted payment, and went on their way. All the while, they were very friendly, courteous , and careful with my furniture.

The white area rug was white again. Looks like new.

We used Janssen's to seal, polish, and hone our stone in our kitchen and baths. Ted gave us a very fair quote and was very upfront on what could be accomplished on our marble that needed alot of work. The work especially on the marble was exceptional and I am one to definitely notice the details. They certainly "under-promised and over-delivered." Ted not only gave the quote but also did the work which is always a plus. Janssen's is a family owned business and I can say they aim to please the customer to the best of their ability. They did an awesome job and I highly recommend them.

Janssen's has been cleaning the floors at my gym for years. We have been in business for 10 years and our floors look brand new. We have artificial turf, rubber flooring and wood flooring and they do an incredible job on all the different surfaces. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I can't recommend Janssen's enough!

Janssen is a family owned business. I have used them twice to steam clean floors. This last time they cleaned and polished my marble and they did a wonderful job. My marble looks like new!
the most important thing is their attitude. They are efficient, very helpful. I would recommend them 100%.

Seems service does more commercial office cleaning etc...But did. well for apt....Balcony was washed down with expertise….dusting cobweb cleaning done ok..VERY happy with Cupboard wipe down..stove burner knobs shine like new.. apt is NOT updated..so it makes for it a challenge compared to any newer facilities..GRACE FACILITY CLEANING SERVICE…is a reliable company and would call upon them again…would I need a cleaning service oftener..this was my first experience hired cleaning… Chris..and Mark..are GOOD workers….was glad to have gotten to meet them and both were a joy to have around….God's Blessing's upon both of them

As President of our HOA Board, I've had the pleasure of working with Chris and Mark for a few years with nothing but good things to say. They do an excellent job cleaning restrooms, sauna, pool furniture and light fixtures, as well as keeping all supplies filled and letting me know when we need more. During this awful pandemic, they have kept everything sanitized, including the mailboxes and handrails throughout the complex. The icing on top is they are genuinely nice people, taking the time to get to know our family and introduce us to theirs. Six stars, at least!

Chris and his crew showed up on time to clean my apartment. They were kind, courteous and most importantly, thorough. They were also very mindful of my possessions and took great care in moving things around to clean. The price I was charged was more than reasonable and I feel very confident in referring them to anyone. They are a very professional team and it all starts with Chris!
