I so appreciate the thorough care that Andrew applied to deep cleaning our dining room rug and living room couch. Both had seen tons of wear, especially the rug, which I had unsuccessfully spot treated and accidentally bleached. Andrew made sure to let me know what stains would or wouldn’t come out, and gave me detailed instructions on drying and continued care. I’ll be sure to request his services in the future!

Alex did an amazing job cleaning our rug, sofa and dining chairs. He was able to get the stains out was very meticulous in his work. He made sure to ask we were satisfied before he left and took his time to make sure he cleaned everything well. I would highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience with Andrew and couldn’t be happier with the results. He cleaned the upholstery on two couches and two chairs, and they honestly look refreshed and brought back to life. One of the chairs in particular was extremely dirty and stained, and Andrew really took the time and effort to work on it and improve it as much as possible- the difference was noticeable and impressive.

From start to finish, Andrew was extremely professional, kind, and polite. He explained the process clearly, worked carefully and methodically, and paid close attention to every detail rather than rushing through the job. What also stood out was how respectful he was of my home and how genuinely pleasant he was to work with.
