Honestly, I did not know who to call when my clothes stopped drying, but this team left me speechless. I had ProNest Indoor Air Duct Solutions fix the blockage and handle the cleaning out of the dryer vent process so quickly. Very impressed!

Transitions to an older home and wished to have the ducts cleaned prior to moving in. So happy I did, they got rid of all years of dirt and pest droppings. The air smells clean throughout the home and I'm sure of air my family breathes.

I had my air ducts and 4 of my neighbor's air ducts cleaned by Machado Environmental. Candice and Peter showed excellent customer service. Both were very easy to work with, prompt, friendly, and professional. We will continue to use them in the future.

Cameron was the first person I met and he identified areas that needed attention. Matt coordinated the scheduling and the crew we were sent had Carlos as the lead. His team worked very hard for 5 nights and the following day you couldn't even tell they had been there the night before. AMAZING! Carlos went above and beyond for us :)

I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance so someone would be home. They called 3 days before the appointment and wanted to move the time to later in the day so they could "squeeze in" another customer. That day they called and had to reschedule because the other job was larger than they thought and they wouldn't be able to come to my house. So I rescheduled. They came 3 hours early when I wasn't home. Then 20 minutes before my regularly scheduled time they called and and cancelled. NOT RELIABLE at all.

A professional and thorough experience. They had a dedicated crew for residential homes whom took care of my home with care. They left my ducts clean and the air quality was noticeable as soon as I turned on my Heater . Will use them again

I want to give a shout out to this company. I needed my intake duct cleaned. They were recommended by my air conditioning company. They were very professional when I called to make my appointment. The guys showed up right on time and called me to tell me they were at my house. They took extra care to remove the vent cover which had been painted over and was pretty stuck to the wall. They did the work and put the cover back and you can't even tell that was it was removed. The guys were professional and did a great job. I would use them again and would recommend them. I didn't click on value because I don't have anything to compare it to but I think the price was reasonable.

David and Nelson arrived early, David had called asking for permission to start 15 minutes before 8am which suited me fine so they started at 745am.

Both guys where very respectful of my home, they wore booties so as not to make a mess inside the house.

David gave great advise and offered some excellent cost savings on the day.

I had never used this company before, I never normally write reviews either but I felt these two techs deserved a shout out for being so professional.
