I compared quotes, and was impressed with their responsiveness. They were reasonable when I miscounted my vents and was off by quite a few. They explained the process and I could hear the particles coming out of the vents. I would use them again and recommend their service.

They were cool guys. Very professional and neat, they didn’t leave a mess which is what I was worried about. They showed me the before and after of my ducts and I was pretty shocked by how dirty my ducts were, but it was satisfying to see the dirty then clean ducts side by side. All and all they were great and I’ll definitely be using them again!

Aaron helped me fix the dryer vent. I had 2 other vendors come in and look into the vent. The first one cleaned it but only from inside. The second one tried to clean from outside but instead got the cleaning brush stuck in the vent in efforts to open the flap on the outside of the house. Aaron not only helped get the rod out, but also went above and beyond to uninstall and reinstall the flap on the other end of the vent (outside of house) by climbing inside the attic! He is definitely an expert and will recommend him to anyone who wants the vent or duct cleaned up! Very professional!

Thank you so much for A-1 Air Dust Cleaning team. They made their work very good. Cleaned everything properly from rooms to condo roof. Also they checked my AC unit on the roof and game me recommendation what to fix in my old AC unit. It was a prof work and I felt a caring.

We got our air duct for our laundry room cleaned recently and the service was great. When we called initially they walked us through the process quickly, scheduled for the next day and there were no hiccups. Our dryer is now working great! Would highly recommend.

The phone operator was extremely rude. She called me, claiming that I wasn’t responding to her texts. I hadn’t received any texts until she called, so I picked up the phone to answer. I asked for the Zelle QR code to pay, but she claimed that they didn’t have one. I told her that they could not have one if you accept Zelle. She then said that her manager had it, but she wasn’t there. I asked if I could have the manager send it to me, and she asked for my email address. I told her that I didn’t need my email address, and that I could text her instead.

I was thoroughly impressed with the air duct company's service, as their team arrived on time, demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the entire cleaning process, and left my home feeling noticeably fresher, all while ensuring that every vent was properly cleaned and maintained with care and precision.

Highly recommend A1 Air Duct Cleaning if you're in the Los Angeles area and you need your drier vents cleaned. Very easy and flexible to schedule an appointment, and very professional and friendly over the phone.

On the day of the appointment, they called about 15 minutes prior to arrival to let me know ETA, which is very much appreciated. Zach and Jacob were both great and finished the job quickly and efficiently. They let me know of some of the issues they ran into, which were present because of the original installation, but they fixed those to the best of their ability.

Unfortunately, there was a rattling sound in my drier after they left, but they came back the same day to check out the problem. They weren't able to fully solve the problem, but they made it much better and let me know that it was actually a problem with the drier itself, not the vent work they did, and they showed me exactly where it was. They could tell I wasn't totally satisfied, so the owner (Aaron) came back himself and thoroughly checked it out. They did make the problem basically go away, but it was still slightly rattling. They did not charge anything extra for this extra time and effort for a problem that wasn't really theirs.

Here's why I'm giving them 5 stars though. Not only did the owner personally come back to check it out, but they wanted me to give them an update about what I found out from a drier technician so they 1) know what the problem is and 2) confirm it wasn't something that they caused themselves. This level of care and customer satisfaction is really hard to come by, and I will be making my appointment with A1 in a year to get another drier vent clean out.

Working with A-1 Ducting Cleaning was one of the most positive business experiences we have had in Glendale. They were responsive to our inquiry, clear in their communication, and completely reliable with our appointment and execution of the work. I don't write reviews unless deserved-- and A-1 is top notch.
