He assured me that everything would be okay, but when I pointed out that the heater wasn't blowing enough hot air, he dismissed my complaints, saying it was normal behavior. His attitude was condescending and dismissive, making excuses to brush off my concerns.

To make matters worse, they charged me an additional $600 for what they claimed was a new air blower fan – which, as I later discovered, was actually just an old replacement. The new fan wasn't functioning properly, and the issue persisted. What's even more alarming is that it seems like they may have overlooked another critical component – my gas valve, which was half open.

The final bill came out to be $800 for what essentially turned out to be nothing. Their lack of transparency and dishonesty left a bad taste in my mouth. I ended up seeking the help of another reputable HVAC technician who took the time to properly troubleshoot the issue and replaced the fan. My unit now works perfectly, thanks to their expertise.

I won't say whether or not you should do business with this company – that's for you to decide. However, I will make it clear that I have no intention of contacting them again, and I'll be warning my friends and family about the potential risks of dealing with these individuals.
