The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly and helpful technicians who went above and beyond to assist us in an emergency situation. The prices were very reasonable and they didn't try to upsell or overcharge. They focused on fixing the issues at hand without any unnecessary extras. I'm confident in their abilities and will be using them again and recommending them to others.

Grant was a total pro. Showed up on time, nailed the issue with my system, and got it done fast. Exactly what I needed in a repair service - no fuss, no muss.

Contracted through First American Home Warranty, A+G sent Roland to assess my non-functional unit. Initially, he struggled to access the system, requiring me to show him how it worked. When writing up the report, he refused to provide details on the damage or why it wasn't functioning, instead saying someone in the office would handle it. The subsequent claim denial letter from First American stated the issue was due to an unspecified "act of force." I requested evidence and was met with silence.
When I contacted Grant, the office representative, about this discrepancy, he offered a vague explanation that could encompass anything - natural disasters, accidents, or even divine intervention - and became defensive when I questioned its accuracy. His response left me feeling disrespected and skeptical. This company's lack of transparency and professionalism is alarming. Multiple reviews on Yelp corroborate my experience with unprofessional behavior from A+G. Avoid this contractor at all costs to minimize the risk of encountering similar frustration and disrespect. -
I'm extremely satisfied with this company. They have a solid grasp of their trade and promptly diagnosed the issue without any surprise fees. Hrant was courteous, considerate, and on schedule. He also checked in after the job to ensure everything was fixed correctly. It's refreshing to find technicians who are genuinely helpful and caring. Good job.

Called on Saturday expecting no work until Monday, but arrived Sunday morning - still on schedule. Technician was extremely professional and courteous. Fixed the aircon quickly and at a fair rate. Will definitely be using their services again.

I hired these guys through First American Home Warranty to fix my air conditioner. They claimed the 35-year-old unit was in good condition, but the coil needed cleaning for $400. I agreed, but they wanted me to pay them via Zelle before the work was even done - ridiculous. When I told them that's not how it works, they just hung up.
I ended up paying out of pocket to get a second opinion from other AC technicians, who all said there was no coolant left, multiple leaks, and the unit needed replacing. The carrier is now sending someone else over. It's clear these guys never actually checked the unit - either they're completely incompetent or in cahoots with the insurance company.
Either way, I'm fed up with this guy and my intention is to contact any agency I can to get him shut down. Whether it's incompetence or collusion, he tried to take advantage of me and screw me over. -
Grant from A&G Hvac Solutions did a great job servicing my HVAC system. He came to investigate the issue on Monday, visited me on Tuesday, and fixed it by Wednesday. I'm very satisfied with the work. He was professional and efficient.

We had a heating issue that our insurance sent these guys to tackle. We're extremely satisfied with their work.
The technician showed up right on schedule, got the job done in under an hour, and did it correctly. They were very courteous and efficient - I'd definitely recommend them without hesitation. Thanks for your prompt assistance! -
Don't bother with this company. When our home warranty sent them to fix our broken heater, we were left feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. Two men arrived at our house without any tools or even dressed professionally - a clear indication of the level of professionalism they'd bring to the job.
They examined our old heater and told us that two parts were needed (a board and fan relay) which would be ready in 1-2 days, with an expected installation date soon after. Sounds simple enough, but it didn't quite work out that way. We had to contact them multiple times over a couple of days to find out when they'd actually arrive to install the parts.
The price for this service was outrageous - $450 on top of what we already paid six months ago to have our heater serviced by another company. When I confronted them about it, their manager claimed that home warranty companies aren't paying enough, so they need to make some money to keep things afloat. He made it clear that he wouldn't come out unless we paid the additional fee.
To make matters worse, when I asked to have another company assigned by our home warranty, I was charged an extra $85. Luckily, Don from Casino Heating & A/C arrived and fixed the heater without any issues - for a much lower price than what these guys would've charged. It turns out that the old heater doesn't even have a "board" as they claimed.
I'm not sure how this company has managed to get some positive reviews, but I can assure you that their services are subpar and should be avoided at all costs. I suspect those good reviews might be from family and friends who don't want to rock the boat.
