Horrible service attitude. Plus charges restock fee for return item. The sales people did not acknowledge my presence and felt they did not care for my business.

I went to GPFS on a Saturday with an urgent need for several parts so we could have water at home. This business is clearly a wholesale distributor that supplies plumbers, but Edo spent a lot of time to locate the parts for us. He even asked a plumber who had bought parts from them to return it so we could have water on the weekend. He saved the day and our weekend! He went above and beyond expectations for a small retail customer.

Having been a customer for some time, I have made purchases from the stores, initially the one in Long Beach and now the one in Orange, California. The stores are well-stocked, even with some plumbing parts that can be difficult to locate. Furthermore, the customer service both over the phone and at the counter has been satisfactory.
