I originally met Ruben when we needed to Repipe my mom’s house which was several years ago. He did an amazing job his crew was all amazing and they kept parts of the house useable during the process. Anyways he did an amazing job and we have not had 1 issue since he did the work. Over the years we have used him and he has always gone so far and above to get it done fast and to the standard he demands, in fact he has always been there and the other jobs which were smaller he always did them himself, which I really like. We recently had a gas leak after the meter and could smell gas Ruben dropped everything and came to run new pipe he upgraded the pipe and put everything back perfectly. The last job, he just completed for us tonight, was one that he came after his other job to change out my mom’s water heater. He made time to do this even though he worked all day, just to get her up and running again. He even asked me if it needed to be done today or if tomorrow could work and I said sure tomorrow is fine, but he came tonight so she had hot water. The point is this is the type of person you are dealing with. He is very honest but as important he always does everything he can to make the client happy. If you are fortunate enough to read this review, believe me when I say he is as honest as they come, he does what he says he is going to do, when he says he is going to and does beautiful work to boot. You have no worries in trusting him to do it right at a fair price. If you use him you will see. This type of friend and businessman are a rare find. THANK YOU RUBEN FOR ALWAYS COMING THROUGH FOR US!

Ruben and his crew have done great work for me in the past, including a whole house copper repipe, later the plumbing for a bathroom remodel. And in this case, after losing our house to the Eaton Fires in 2025, I just had a tiny job to cap the water mains from the street just past a working hose bib, so that I could use it to water the landscaping on the lot while we wait to rebuild without it dripping into the burn scar. Ruben came at a moments notice and knocked it out in no time. Ruben is simply a pleasure to work with as he's just a wonderful, empathetic, kind human being who works to the highest standards. Always a pleasure.

We have a 3500 square foot 2 story house built in 1930 that needed a complete fresh water repipe and drain repipe. We needed someone who would take the time necessary to protect elements of our house that we want to preserve. Ruben gave us a fair quote for the size and complexity of our project. Every single aspect of his team's work was just superior, in fact beautiful, I would say, if plumbing can be beautiful. All work was done to the highest standard. They went above and beyond what would be reasonably expected. His team was on time, professional, kind and courteous, and they completely cleaned up the work areas at the end of each day. One particularly difficult drain pipe required digging a 12 foot deep 3'x3' shaft to replace a main sewer pipe. The shaft they dug had perfectly straight sides that looked like an elevator shaft. This is the quality that Ruben insisted on for every aspect of our project. Ruben and his team were a pleasure to have at our house during the job. We are 100% happy with the finished project and feel it was a very good value for the cost, which was exactly his quote and on time. If we need any work in the future, we will look no further that Ruben and his team at Repipe Expert. Experts they are.

Ruben and his team were excellent! In contrast to some other plumbers who were less scrupulous, Ruben came in and gave me a good quote and specific timeline. He did the work exactly as promised and within the required timeline, and was excellent at communicating quickly and specifically. Would definitely hire him again.

We were in the middle of remodeling our primary bath and the contractor recommended a full house re-pipe. He sent his guy to estimate the job and it was over 30K PLUS the cost of a new hot water heater and installation. I was up against a deadline because I was leaving town for a job, but I did my due diligence and took some other estimates.
Thankfully, I found Ruben at Repipe Experts who came by the same day to give us an estimate which was under 18K INCLUDING a brand new tankless water heater for which we got an $1100 rebate. Repipe experts completely lives up to their name, re-piping is all they do and they are absolutely expert at it.
Ruben and his guys were able to start right away and re-piped the entire house which included two bathrooms and the kitchen. They had to open interior and exterior walls and repair and patch drywall and stucco, install all new copper water lines and new drain pipes, replace all the valves, sink and toilet connections, install the new tankless hot water heater and dispose of the old one, install and bury a new main water line, install new drain cleanouts, relocate a gas line and dispose of all the old pipe. They did the entire job with minimal mess or disruption in a matter of a few days! He and his workers were fast, caring, polite, clean and did fantastic work.
Don’t give it a second thought.

I had a repipe project in mind for about 3 years while living in a spanish style home built in the 1920s. The house had original pipes and it weighed on my mind every time I showered with the low water pressure. “Will the pipe burst today?” But I took my time to make sure I found the right person that will treat the house with the care it needed.

That’s when I saw the reviews for Repipe Expert and Ruben. He came to check out the house and gave an estimate the moment I called. He explained in detail exactly how he can do the job and the different options I had. The level of information he was sharing compared to others I’ve met during the search gave me the confidence I needed to go forward with Ruben.

The project quickly started and he helped me go through the permitting process while working swiftly. It started 9 days before Christmas and Ruben and his team finished the work including the city inspection walkthrough in 5 business days. The work included whole house repiping(intake and drain), installing a new tankless water heater, installing a water softener/filter, adding a basement swamp pit, and patching all the holes inside and outside the house.

It’s been about 2-3 weeks since the project has finished and I am incredibly satisfied with the work. If you are looking for someone to do the job right and take care of your house as if it’s his own, I highly recommend Ruben.

The setup for our new laundry box went smoothly. The plumber handled all the plumbing connections, made sure the water flow was correct, and even gave tips to avoid leaks in the future.

I talked to Gabriel from Al &Robin Torres and he was super friendly, he set up a service call to check out my AC system and their guys were great. So happy to know that they also do plumbing and electrical work.I will definitely use them again.

Improper installation of a garbage disposal that they then told me to pay $350 to do over again.
Came to fix a leaky toilet, did not fix. Needed to come back.
No showed a job to install another toilet.

A plumber was scheduled to come to my house today forna faucet that was dripping very badly. They didnt show up on time.I called and the guy on the phone said they were tied up on another job and I would need to, reschedule for tomorrow. I said I would not be using them and they would be getting a bad review. He was barely apologetic for my inconvenience today. Very unprofessional business practice!

I haven't needed a plumber in a long time, and I chose A Torres & Torres Plumbing-Heating. Needless to say, I hit the jackpot! They were able to get to my home quickly, Ceaser did the work and he was very efficient and courteous. The price was more than reasonable and the quality of work done was outstanding. As much as I have been a faithful and trusting client of yours for some years, I am still trying to deal with your peculiar and manipulative behavior on September 8, 2023 when you came to my home. Mrs. showed up with one of her employees and rushed me into my kitchen while placing some boxed pastry into my hands. As I had recently lost my husband, I went into shock after being guided into my kitchen and left there.
In the meantime, Mrs.and her employee sat down at my dining room table with an almost completely filled out credit card application form for Synchrony. It was an application for purchase of the Halo whole house water filtration and conditioning system for $8700. Mrs. rushed me along for hurried signatures, as I stared out into space.
The whole transaction probably took 10 minutes. Before leaving Mrs. set up a next day installation.
Yes, I signed while I was in shock. And, I kept saying that I had just lost my husband. And, she kept replying: “I am sorry for your loss.”
Please for the sake of compassion for future clients, do not repeat this kind of sale’s behavior again.
After, I realized that I now had a new Synchrony credit card, I called the business office several times for an explanation, but was told that Mrs. could not be reached.
