First time using them and very (very) happy. Jesse and Tom made no big deal out of my faucet. Another plumber had advised me that he had to install a new valve (break the wall behind the shower faucet to replace it). I knew that was an over-reach and when I told Jesse I could see he was appalled. That's one thing that makes them special, not making a bigger deal out of the job than what needs to be done. But the other thing was Jesse's attention to other things, he saw the toilet had some issues and he wanted to make sure everything worked - not just the job I called him about. He had the time to extend the work request and I am thrilled. He just really cared, it was obvious. Hard working, super focused and good at what he does, and a delight to work with. I am a Foothill Plumbing advocate!

We had a Friday afternoon plumbing emergency. Mike B. and his associate came RIGHT AWAY and saved the day. They were swift, thorough, clean, and reasonably priced! Honestly exceeded my expectation. We now know whom to call for any plumbing issues, big or small! I am so glad we found them! Highly recommended!!!!

Second time using Foothill Plumbing. First time they replaced my water heater the same day it broke. This time I called on Sunday afternoon and Mike answered and scheduled someone to come the following day. Joe showed up on time, did a great job, and knew exactly what was wrong and fixed the issue fast. Would highly recommend Joe and Foothill Plumbing.

We've been calling these guys since we bought our house in 2011. Three separate times we've had minor emergencies and they've shown up fast, done great work, and charged fair prices. This time, they showed up and worked outside the house in the pouring rain. Above and beyond, and we are really grateful. At a time when so many service providers aren't even calling back, I'm glad we've got them.

These guys are AMAZING. They've been to our house 3 different times to fix various issues and have always been extremely prompt, professional, and easy to work with. Their prices are totally reasonable, and they get the job done. Every time I work with them it's like a stress pressure valve releases because I know they're taking problems off my plate. 10/10!

Augie came and cleared a clog in my kitchen sink drain. It took him 20 minutes and he charged me $360 because it was Saturday on Memorial Day weekend.
I could have bought a $30 router and done it myself. There was no senior discount either. Never again.

Augie and his team have been out twice to my home for clogged showers. I've been very happy with the professional service, quick turn around, and availability of schedule. Fair, honest and got the job done! Will continue to call them when I have plumbing issues!

When you are in urgent need of a plumber, who you gonna call? Augie and Juan - Crescenta Cañada Plumbing. They are our local dynamic duo! They have been raised and work in our local community with old fashioned, friendly, professional, and fair priced expertise. We recently needed to upgrade and modernize our gas log fireplace. We called them in the afternoon, and they were both here first thing the following morning - crawling under our house to make sure everything was safe and sound. They later helped us replace and install a new gas log set. You can’t find nicer or more professional individuals. We highly recommend them.

Bradley arrived a few minutes early and was most helpful. Sadly, a required part was not provided by the maker of the device which needed replacement. Bradley was most informative as to why said part was necessary and provided advice as to how to order it accurately. No charge.

Under stressful circumstances Plummer did great job resolving big mess that forced us to be w out hot water for more than a week.

I had very little to no intereaction with Elias. He appeared to be assisting the the other workers on the crew that arrived at my lication. From what I saw he seemed to be well versed in his job. He greeted me in a friendly and polite manner. I was very pleased to work with Pete because he seemed very competent and knowledgeable. He explained things clearly in English that was understanable. Pete was courteous, well spoken and friendly.

They gave us a window of 9-12 to arrive, but Eddie was there at 8:40! He walked me through what he was going to do, kept me updated during the process, and was UNBELIEVABLY nice the entire time.
