but they are both such nice guys!

Andy arrived put on his booties, kept me informed of arrival time, told me what he was going to do. Always very personable, gave good information on what needs to be done, made the needed adjustments, new filter and discussed options to keep the unit running. To also keep in mind the age of the unit, newer units more efficient,.

Luis Castillo has been our plumber since 2023. He is a professional, friendly and approachable. Luis listens to the customer, that to me is important. He arrives on time, and demonstrates exceptional expertise in fixing the issue. He takes the time to explain what repairs are needed and how long it would take. On today's service call Luis brought an apprentice, "Cass". What I noticed about Cass was his smile and eagerness to follow directions, and how intently he would listen and showed an interest in learning. Luis and Cass got the job done in a timely matter. I recently had an issue with my outdoor AC unit completely shutting down after some usage. Monkey Wrench sent out Jose Vega as my service technician, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

Jose diagnosed the problem as a faulty AC condenser pump — essentially, my water pump had stopped working and needed to be replaced. He was incredibly polite, professional, and took the time to explain the issue to me clearly, which I really appreciated.

His attention to detail and high level of professionalism made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Great service all around. Thank you Jose.
