Luis came out to check on a potential bathroom leak. He gave me sound, straightforward advice, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, and even waived the inspection fee. Professional, honest, and highly recommended.

Jaime Hernandez came to perform a complimentary inspection of my gas forced air furnace. He was professional, courteous, and explained everything that he did and made suggestions for me to consider.

Excellent job. Both of the Monkey Wrench workers were very clean. They were very cautious around my wife’s parents. (100 years old and 90 years old. Even letting us know when my father in law needed me. They both were excellent.

Leak in kitchen plumbing. Technician created a problem in the pipes which created additional work. Had to bring in another plumber to fix the issues associated with the poor work done. Also received a quote for an additional $1800 for work that was not required (actually fixed with a $10 part). I never regret spending money on quality work, but this was not it. It was a misdiagnosis of the issue and along with poor work. After finding the mistakes of the MW plumber, I have very little confidence in the credibility of the firm.

Daniel Yanez and Andrew were Top Shelf! Complete gentlemen; considerate of personal property; knowledgeable of their tasks at hand; and a confident and business like acumen. I am very pleased with the results of their work and professionalism. As always, thank you for sending me your best.

Rick was fantastic to work with. I called him out because I needed guidance on a plumbing issue. He took time to speak to me and give me all my options without pushing any service. He was extremely knowledgeable about plumbing and gave me an honest recommendation which I appreciated. Will definitely be calling him again

Alex arrived on time, I was able to track when he would be arriving since they give a window. He was very knowledgeable and was able to pin point the issue, made some quick adjustments and was on his way. I received a detailed report after service was complete. Highly recommend! Thank you Alex

I had an exceptional experience in every way with this company. From the initial phone call and booking which was very polite and professional. The tech that came out, Alex, was knowledgeable and kind and explained the problem which required parts ordered. He came back as promised the following day and completed the job on time and at the price quoted. I will be sure to call again when I am in need of plumbing assistance!

Louis was very nice. He showed up after the restoration company was here and as it turns out, he wasn’t able to actually make any repairs yet given other work that needs to be done before his. He did not charge me a trip charge and told me to let him know when he can come back out. I thought it was very nice that he didn’t charge. I fully plan on using him. He left his card and cell number. He was friendly, professional, and my dog liked him too.

AC went out. Technician came and recommended they do a complete new hvac cause mine was old and running r22 (discontinued). Literally all they had to do was show up and I was ready to get them to install a new system. Got an appt, stayed home from work. No one showed up and no one contacted me to tell me they won’t show up. Not that it matters but they lost my business.

Louis arrived shortly before my scheduled appointment time, which was great. This made it so I didn’t have to sit and wait for four hours.

Luis was hired to flush my 4 year-old water heater. It was straightforward job and it took about a half an hour.

I spoke with Luis throughout the process. He was congenial and service oriented. He waived the service fee because my previous two appointments were canceled by the company. It is because of this gesture, I would recommend this company and call them again if needed.

Louis was absolutely wonderful! He identified the issues, presented a clear and efficient solution, brought in an amazing restoration professional who acted immediately and repaired/replaced as required and could not have possibly been nicer nor explained everything more clearly. He was amazing and I would not hesitate to refer or recommend him all day long. Thank you Louis!
