Glendora Plumbing has always been very good. Today was no exception. Terry came and fixed a big problem. She was professional, neat, and quick! The best!!!

I moved into a mobile home that had very low style toilets. I called Glendora plumbing on Tuesday Mike told me a plumber would be out
on Thursday between 10:00 am and noon. Terri arrived at 11:00 am with two new complete toilets including seats. She then proceeded to install them. Hauled away the old ones and left every thing clean. I only had to put down the rugs and waste baskets. This is the second time Terri has plumbed for me. Once at my old residence and now at the new one. I will continue to use Glendora Plumbing for all my needs and hope to see Terri again.

Our water heater decided to take the day off today. No hot water!! Not a fan of the cold showers! Mike came out today and had the water heater up and running in no time. He did an awesome job and is very personable to work with. He's our go-to Plummer!!

Joe knew exactly what he was doing. He was professional and thorough. He arrived early to drain water heater. Returned on time and single handedly removed and installed a top of the line 50 gal Bradford White heater. Up and running in no time. Great service.

This is going to be a long winded review - but I assure you it's worth your time to read it through.

A few days ago after a workout - I went and hopped in the shower as I usually do, and was greeted with an ice cold welcome. Several hours of googling, attempting to get the pilot back on were fruitless. I knew I had to call someone. A family friend suggested a different company, they were prompt and set up someone to come out the next day. The technician called me (different company) when on the way, asked how old the water heater was - I told them eight years, and they proceeded to say I probably need a new one. (Without ever seeing it)

They came out, bungled around with it for 20 minutes and left. I was charged $125 and told that I need to spend $2,000 for a new one. Or try to replace the gas valve assembly ($600 and a week and a half to get the parts, not including labor). Something seemed off, so I called the manufacturer and they were actually helpful and walked me through some things. The same time, I started calling other plumbers and it was almost the same as the other company - their responses were "Yeah it's old, probably junk - you need a new system ours is $1900 - $2600". I was devastated, I had one last number to call - Glendora Plumbing and Heating - who a different family friend had given me.

Within the first two minutes of talking to Mike at Glendora Plumbing and Heating I knew I found someone who ACTUALLY knew my system. They were the first company that didn't immediately tell me I need a whole new water heater, they brought up the various things that it could be (same things the manufacturer brought up). They made room to squeeze me in right away.

An hour later my water heater was fixed - it was a thermocouple gone bad.

I write this long review because it's become apparent that many reviews are seemingly bought, or don't have enough information about the actual company so I'm going to put it succinctly:

In a world where contractors are becoming increasingly profit oriented, and "turn and burn" towards customers, Glendora Plumbing and Heating is the rare find that still works in the way of being honest, technically-proficient and responsive. I will ALWAYS call Glendora Plumbing and Heating for all my plumbing and water heater issues, I will share their information with anyone who has a problem.

We need to lift companies like this up, they are a dying breed and deserve all the work in the world. Thanks again to Mike - you saved me $1875 by being straight up and forthright. Wish your company all the best.
