I called Glendora Plumbing late on a Friday afternoon because my water heater was not working. Mike told me he didn't have time to complete the repair but he did tell me me about how much it should cost for the repair and I appreciated that. I called around to other companies and since it was late on a Friday not many were answering the phone. One place that answered told me my water heater was not repairable and that I needed a whole new unit! I remembered how sincere and friendly Mike sounded so I called him back and explained what this other company told me. Mike actually changed his plans and said he'd stop by to take a look at my water heater. And he fixed it in about 20 minutes!!! Thank you so very much Mike. After several horrific experiences with other plumbers - a family friend shared Glendora Plumbing & Heating contact information with me. If any of you are in a situation like me, I hope you see this review. This is one of those companies that you will share with everyone you know, and wish the best for. These folks are technically proficient - but more than that, they are straightforward and honest. Trust me, if you have anything plumbing related you need to give them a call. These kinds of businesses are a rare gem that you can feel confident in using.

I called Mike yesterday after noticing water was seeping out of my flooring. He was on time, kind and cared enough to detect the issue!

He was honest about the work including having to break flooring to get to the pipe but also provided some options of clearing the run off for now until the bigger issue can be addressed.

He even took the time to fix the water heater issue I was having which caused only cold water to come out of one of my showers.

It’s just heart warming to meet good people who don’t try and scam you out of money and actually take pride in their work. I don’t often put reviews unless I get exceptional service and this was definitely one of them.

This morning my husband called me at work and told me there was a major problem with our plumbing (I won't say what exactly but it was not pretty). A coworker who lives in Glendora gave me GP&H's number. She told me her family had used their plumbing service for years and always had a positive experience. I called at 9:15 am, spoke to Mike, explained the emergency and he said a plumber would be at my house at 10am. That sounded too good to be true but I waited. At 9:50 I got a call from Bryan and he was at my house by 10am! What??!
Yes!
By 10:15, the job was done! Bryan was knowledgeable, pleasant and enthusiastic.
My coworker was so surprised when I told her everything had been fixed right away, it felt ss if she had just given me the number. What a great referral.
Mike had quoted a price over the phone and that's exactly what was invoiced, no extra fees, nothing! Best service around.
