Unfortunately i wasnt able to find some parts i needed for a intex pool but the man on the phone was great at explaining how i could find what i needed, saving time on searching in the wrong places.

They've always got everything I need for my pool, and a knowledgeable staff.

Bad customer service. Not what it used to be. Was given incorrect advice and product and when I tried to return item clerk laughed at me. He stated that 2 weeks had gone by and it was not his problem I couldn’t return item sooner . he will not refund my money even though I have my receipt and item in new like condition . Was given a manager phone number and of course no answer .

When I decided to take care of my pool instead of hiring a pool man, I went to this store and talked to Fred. For someone who has no clue, I’m lucky to find the right person to ask. For about a year, he walked me through the process of keeping my pool clean, water clear, everything I needed, how much chlorine, acid, etc to put, to trouble shoot, have the motor fixed, cleaning and maintaining the filter and almost everything a professional pool man can do maintaining a pool. I learned the trade just by going to him. For me, Pools By You is not just a store. With the kind and professional coaching on what to do with my pool
