They quickly addressed and fixed the water heater issue, efficiently pumped out all the water and ensured everything was dry and no mold left behind. The plumbers were respectful throughout the process, working diligently to resolve the problem. I am thoroughly impressed with their service and would highly recommend Roy’s Plumbing to others for their prompt and effective solutions.

Roy’s Plumbing did an absolutely outstanding job — truly above and beyond. I’m a renter and the homeowner was the one paying for the service, but the plumbers still took the time to help me with things they didn’t have to. They didn’t want to fix the garbage disposal originally, but Julian and his partner checked it anyway, plugged it back in, and made sure the wiring was safe — all at no extra charge. As someone who is four months pregnant, I really appreciated their kindness.

They were also able to snake the drain without removing the toilet, which was another huge relief. These guys were honest, efficient, communicative, and genuinely good people. You can tell they care about their work and their customers.

Manny (the plumber) was punctual, efficient and a great communicator. He diagnosed the cause of my clogged pipe, snaked and cleared the immediate cause, and recommended I add a hydrojet of the line to ensure drain flow in the future. The whole process was smooth. All workers left the area clean and in good working order. Fair price and expert repair. Excellent service.

Chris Manny and Louis were great help in figuring out if there was a leak and putting in a new clean out. They were courteous and quick and most importantly thourough. Really appreciate them helping out resealing our toilet too. Great work and will definitely be calling them again!

I had to re-pipe a portion of my drainage that was cast iron and completely blocked. Emanual "Manny" came out to my service call and informed me about the problem I had with my drains. Manny was very friendly and knowledgeable. He presented different options to go forward and helped me make an informed decision on this project. We scheduled the project and he came prepared and on time. The work was done exceptionally well and everything was thoroughly checked and picked up once the job was the done. Turbo and Manny are highly recommended.

Manny was spot on. Install our bottle-less water dispenser and RO drain line like a pro. He is careful and very thorough. He did such a great job. Everything work well. Very good communication as well. Highly recommend.

Emanuel Perez is extremely talented and it shows in his work. We had an elevation issue with our toilets after our flooring was done but he was able to get the parts fix it and get the job done.

Commercial plumbing issues and more issues thereafter were all handled promptly. Office staff was fantastic from beginning to the end, and the staff dispatched a tech immediately then showed up sooner. Technician Chris was very attentive to the issues and worked in and out of the building getting parts till late and to the completion. Very content that the problems are gone at once with very amicable experience.

since taking over as the new property manager for my community, I've had to call Turbo in to address resident issues. My most recent experience was due to a broken drainpipe in our community clubhouse, this required replacing 40ft of the original cast iron pipe. The crew assigned consisted of Travis, Poncho, Juan, and Adam - they were fantastic! They communicated all their findings, provided prompt estimates and showed an eagerness to get the work done. Once the work was completed, what really impressed us, was their efforts to leave the area better than they found it. They really went the extra mile for us - there was no need for us to go over the work. Also, a shout out to Lewis, he was not part of this job - but always seems to be the guy who shows up for other emergencies. Thank you, Team Turbo - you all deserve a raise!
