My water heater started to slowly leak, I knew it was time for a replacement. Did a lot of research and called them. The technician arrived to the same conclusion, water heater needed to be replaced. He gave me the option to buy it by myself in Home Depot. But he also offered to buy it for me and bring it to my apartment for a small fee. He has dealt with the condo´s administration and with the building engineer which is an extra hassle. He even installed me a cut off valve in my heater. He took the old heater away, cleaned everything and used floor protections. He even helped with a clogged drain for free. I saved a lot of $$ compared for what the guys recommended by home depot quotes. It was around 300 hundred saved bucks. Overall he knows what he is doing and I totally recommend him. He specially knows how to deal with old heaters. Another plus is that he always answers his phone. Which is rare.

My husband and I do work a lot, so any household upgrades or repairs take up a lot of our time. Need the jobs done the right way with true professionals. So here is my review and my suggestion for anyone in California that needs a master plumber, like this specialist who was extremely cordial on the phone. Always responded to us right away. His product/technical knowledge is beyond any other professionals in the industry. And Most importantly he is a true artist...I can tell from pics he showed me and also from the pics he took after our upgrade. He installed a Water tankless Heater for us. We live in a loft so creativity was important in the installation.
