A+ went above and beyond to help me and my family. They're responsive, punctual, and professional. They understood my needs and concerns. I take care of two parents with dementia, and having hot water at all times is double important when you have to do laundry, bathe your parents, and perform many other caregiving duties. A+ came out to check our leaky water heater on Tuesday morning, and by Wednesday afternoon we had a brand new heater installed and working. And that's in spite of having to go through a home warranty company, which usually takes forever to get anything approved and done. My water heater went out & my home warranty sent A+ Plumbing. First, they installed it to where I couldn’t access the heater box wirh the ignition button. Then it began making loud screaching noises and they came back twice but couldn’t fix it. Then the heating element turned off completely. I called them & they told me that they installed it amd they did their job & refused to come out again. They gave me the manufacturers of # and I had to call them. He knew immediately that the burner was bad and cake put next day, installed the new burner and all is good. But the two guys clearly didn’t have the experience to know how to fix this - they were intending to replace the heating element. My issue is that they installed and walked away, leaving me with a broker water heater that hadn’t worked in 2 weeks. Lastly, my home warranty only covered the water heater and A+ Plumbing charged me $2450 for coding upgrade parts but REFUSED to give me an itemized list for f those charges which makes me belief I was taken advantage of. Lack of experience, being overcharged and abandoned!
