Joe was excelllent. Did the job professionally and informed me every step of the way. Was very knowledge of what the issue was. He had time and went over to fix the problem with no issues.

Despite a few delays getting someone out to our home, which I would expect to some degree given the unknown when dealing with clogged drains, the technician - Jonathan Trejo - was thorough and quite determined to get our drains cleared. In the end he was able to get 2 out of 3 cleared with the 3rd being insanely stubborn and clogged beyond the scope of what he was doing (my bad for ignoring it) without taking much more drastic measures (like hydro-jetting). But if I do decide to go that route, I will def be calling Jonathan and the folks at Rooter Hero!

Called them for a simple main line clog, told them several times main line is clogged just please snake the main line from a very easy access area on the side of the house.i was under the impression I was only getting charged $77. Technician came in, saw the problem and said I need to run a camera so they knew where the problem was, I told them clearly it's a main line clog but they didn't believe me. After running a camera they came to the conclusion that it's a main line clog, of course. They finally ran the snake and unclogging the main line. To top it all off they gave me a bill for $360.00 because they had to run a camera, very unprofessional

Tanner, Gabriel, and Rooter Hero did a very impressive plumbing job at my home. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and performed a neat and clean job. Rooter Hero is well-organized and responsive to our needs.

Tony A was incredible at assessing the situation and giving me his honest opinion with multiple options. he also didn’t guilt me into jumping into the thousands of dollars of non urgent repairs that are ultimately needed but not at the moment. will definitely make me come back to him once I am ready to commit to those larger repairs for my home.

Tony was up front on the process and allowed me to know and feel secure that everything is taken care of. He is also a very detail oriented engineer and hope to do more business with him again in the near future.

This is my second time using Roto Hero with the hero Travis and it couldn’t have gone smoother. Came out same day and fixed the clog quickly. The price they quote is the price you pay and it’s so refreshing to have an honest company!

I called Rooter Hero to help with a clogged toilet backing up into my shower. Tony was great. He explained every step of the process and showed me the problems in my drainage pipes. He pointed out a few mistakes (one of which was missed in the inspection when I purchased my hose a few years ago) that are not up to code. He was friendly and professional. Also, he was prompt and friendly which was pleasant.

Joseph is hands-down the best plumber I’ve ever worked with! When my kitchen sink got completely clogged, he was quick to respond and arrived right on time. Not only was he professional and efficient, but he also took the time to explain the problem and what needed to be done to fix it.

Jay is very good at what he does. Very personable. This company does not negotiate its price for a job. The negotiation is over the scope of the job. But this scope does not really change the quoted price which is set by the "home office." I believe he is not empowered to change prices. The companies work is excellent. But l do not have great expertise in this specialty, plumbing. They kept their work area, after each day, neat and orderly. Overall a 4 plus for this company.

I was very impressed with Travis, an employee of Rooter Hero Plumbing. He arrived promptly, conducted himself in a professional manner, and demonstrated a high level of expertise. He quickly identified the sewer problem and efficiently resolved it. The entire process was hassle-free, and his proficiency was evident. Notably, the cost of the service, which included a video inspection of my pipes, was only $77.00.

For me to take the time to post a review for a business or service means it was either so fantastic I have to tell people, or so horrific I have to warn folks. Rooter Hero is definitely the former.

First, the office staff has great communication. I knew exactly when the tech would show up, and he was right on time. There was no charge to make a house call to diagnose the problem.

Paul was friendly and very capable. He explained what he would do, and exactly how much it would cost. The $59 diagnosis included him attempting to fix the problem.

I got quotes of $90 - $150 just to come look. Paul managed to fix the problem, so my repair was only $59!

I just moved to town and have already found the best plumber. They could have gouged me, but instead took such good care of me I was inspired to write them a positive review.
