I came home from a brief vacation on July 4th to find that my refrigerator was not cooling. The next morning I got on the phone to find the earliest possible date for a tech. Not only was GearUp able to accommodate us with the a reasonable date, but they were the first to respond back on the morning of July 5th. Unfortunately, the model/make we have is known for compressor failure, but now that it has been repaired and outfitted with a new one, I feel that the decision to keep ours was the right one.
GearUp was spot on w/ all communication, and kept us apprised through the whole process. I would heartily recommend them for appliance repair.

Vitalli was friendly and competent. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator, gave me a quote and fixed it promptly. I would call on him again when I have another appliance issue.

Today we had a very pleasant experience with our first call to Gear Up Appliance Repair. We were kept informed as to their arrival. After a brief description of the problem with our washer and dryer our rep described what he suggested to give us a recommendation as to what he would be doing to get a clear diagnosis of problems cause. After 25 minutes were advised as to what was needed to fix each machine. One repair would be quite costly so we’re considering whether it might be better to replace the washer. They completely cleaned the dryer and assured us it was safe to use for some time. It’s nice to know of this full service repair business nearby. We’d definitely recommend their services.

Vitalii is the best repair guy we've ever had, hands down. We needed a new range installed that required natural gas-to-propane conversion, which he did along with calibrating all the settings. First time we've ever had any repair person do that, which might explain a lot of the issues we had with our old range. :-/

He came out the day after delivery, arrived when he said he would, and obviously knew what he was doing. We're still recovering from the shock of such great service.

My stove was smelling like it was leaking propane at times, I had Tech. Vitalli (Gear Up), come and check and he was able to show me a couple issues that would cause gas to leak, Vitalli ordered the two parts and repaired only several days later. The cost was cheaper than I thought, it was repaired quicker than I thought and the wife is very satisfied how well the stove is working. Thank you Vitalli and company for great honest work.
