My experience was great ! I am always skeptical of people in the trades because I’m always feeling they’re trying to find things wrong to upsell. But that was not my experience This time. The owner himself came. He was very prompt came on time when he said he would and very polite. He did the analysis on why my dishwasher was not working. He gave me options, but when it came down to it, he was very honest and said I should invest in a new dishwasher. I will call this company every time I need work on any of my appliances

This is the second time within two months that we used Gear Up, both times with excellent results. Recently, our microwave oven stopped working. We checked the power source and it was fine. Gear Up diagnosed the problem as a burned out fuse and it was replaced immediately and now the microwave is as good as new.

They came out same day. Replaced parts with a written warranty and were reasonably priced compared to others. Will know in a few days if system is now freezing but with new parts it should be.

Vitalii from Gear Up Appliance Repair came to my house to fix my dryer, replaced a new heating element, and a support roller and cleaned it all out. He was very quick in repairing my dryer and very professional. And now it works like a Champ!!!

Awesome service. Vitalii was able to come the same day I called about my broken dishwasher He kept me updated while waiting for the part to come in. Even when he was all done I called a couple days later with a question and he was happy to help me. Excellent service. I highly recommend.

I called in beginning of the week next day the master technician and his apprentice came in early next morning did an assessment and inspection of the problem, ordered the part by expedited delivery, they were back within two days in the a.m. repaired cleaned out my dryer did an amazing job and told us what we can do to prevent the same issues again. My Samsung dryer is only a year old. But I do a lot of laundry. They were punctual, fastidious, professional and knowledgeable. I couldn’t say more than enough about their professionalism and knowledge of my Samsung dryer. They were affordable and they know exactly what they’re doing. Vasilii was very prompt on his responses, and followed up asap with his answers. He gave me a very good estimate for repairing our wine cooler. He kept in constant contact to update me on parts and when he could complete the job. He installed a much better motherboard on the unit which will improve the performance of the cooler. Very professional. And high marks for his company’s text and phone system. Very up to date.
