Made an appointment for an inspection with Servpro re the leak and water damage we had from the heavy rain over the New Year weekend. They scheduled me with a time frame of 5-6pm and never showed up. No one called to check, follow up or apologize. I called in to check on the ETA of our technician and the rep I spoke with was no help, only asking me for basic information such as my name, number and address. After that, he promptly told me he couldn't help but he would "forward my message to the right department." No one called back and no one showed up.

Needless to say, if you have an emergency restoration situation - I recommend you Yelp any other local business instead of Servpro. Others are much more responsive and actually want your business.

Ryan was awesome. I had a serious issue with my house that put my family and I in a very tough position. Maurice’s team really helped me during the busy holiday season. They were always flexible with my busy schedule, worked around my needs when moving out my items, and constantly communicated during the whole process. I felt assured that they wanted to take of me during the restoration process in my home. For example, the crew specifically put my necessity items in an area where I could access them easily. On top of that they made sure that even my Christmas gifts were in an area where I could access them. I cannot thank them enough for their help!
