I hardly ever review any businesses or experiences but this place has saved my life and home! I had water damage in a few bedrooms due to leaky pipes and poor roof installation. Unfortunately it caused mold to grow, I was referred to this business by a neighbor and I was so happy I did! The consultation was fast and hassle free, mold experts and the maintenance person were very nice and professional and explained everything in detail, I never felt pressured or rushed and they really listened to my concerns. They did a great job!!!

Cannot recommend this location enough! Seamless process from start to finish with great results. Water mitigation was completed timely and construction process was great too. Ryan Dunn was excellent at making me and my family feel comfortable throughout the whole process. He explained everything thoroughly, answered all of our questions, and helped us get through a terrible situation with ease. Highly recommend. Will definitely use again for any future needs.

Servpro of hacienda heights/rowland heights helped me restore my house after water and mold damage. It was a pleasure to work with them then. Once again, it's wonderful to work with them, While I hope most people don't have to need help to repair the damage in their home, I couldn't recommend anyone other than Servpro. ServPro’s mitigation department was fantastic! Shannon, our Project Coordinator, was incredibly supportive and helpful. She was always willing to take the time to answer all my questions, quickly mobilizing the team to start work and keeping me informed throughout every stage of the process. Additionally, she was instrumental in coordinating asbestos testing.

The team, led by Jason and Cris, did an outstanding job on my property. They were swift and efficient in boxing everything up and preparing for the next steps in the mitigation process. Servpro of Hacienda provide smoke remediation services for my home after the Altadena fires. Servpro did an excellent job. Their crew always showed up on time, were very professional, took the necessary precautions to protect my house and always cleaned up at the end of the day. We encountered a couple of issues along the way and Servpro addressed them immediately and corrected everything. Would I hire Servpro of Hacienda Heights again – absolutely!

ServPro has ruined the beauty of my home's street and ignores correcting their bad behavior. They park a fleet of commercial vehicles against our communities CC&R's, using a Air BnB home as a base of operation with excessive occupancy per LA County Ordnance, and after repeated attempts to correct forcing residents to essentially live in a truck stop, can't figure out of don't want to, do what's right for the community.

Even homeowner's can park their own RVs on our streets, yet ServPro continues parking their fleet here, without a car. Then there's the early 6:30 am starting up of a fleet that wakes my neighbors and I up with their excessive noise.

Any local news channel should stop by and expose their deliberate assault, and the wrongs that Air BnB is allowing.

I've repeatedly asked for their legal name, address and state contractors license number, and they fail to provide. Why such behavior when they're required to provide when asked per CSCB?

It doesn't seem like ServPro cares about People or Communities like their webpage states. Please return my street and home to the beauty you have taken away from us ServPro San Diego.

Was working with them throw insurance. One guy said - one thing , another - another thing. Added more cosmetic damage to the room. at the end refused to give me a paper of clearance.

Rainbow restoration is the best they have awesome customer service and will have your back throughout your whole claim. Angela and Mia were so helpful throughout the whole process. I felt like they had my back 110% rainbow restoration is the way to go.

My house flooded when a valve in my clothes washer broke. Rainbow was the company assigned to pack my belongings at the start and unpack at the end. Meia and her crew were professional and efficient. They treated my belongings with respect even though many of my things are in less than stellar condition. Meia answered all my questions,listened to my concerns. If she didn't know an answer she found it using other sources. Angela kept me informed on when the crew would be coming and was also very helpful when I had questions. I hope nothing like this happens again. If it did I would use Rainbow in a hot second.

In the midst of what seemed like a storm, Rainbow Restoration was the sunlight shining through. They were extremely responsive throughout the entire remediation process and constantly communicated so that I knew where things stood at all times. The two young men who completed the demo were so impressive with their smiles, polite interactions, work ethic, and with the way they treated my home with care. I would recommend Rainbow Restoration without hesitation.
