Worst service won’t finish the job and will not return your money it’s a scam

Simon has been our service/repair guy for most of my appliance, he always render an A+ job.

Simon is very pleasant man who does fantastic work in a fair price. You can't get any better technically very proficient

Scheduled an appointment for 2.45 pm. He showed up at 1.45 pm and called. I said it was 2.45. He said it is 2.40. I said its 1.40. He is like "I am too tired and I will not take this job. Call someone else."

Very fair priced. Have bought used refrigerator over the years for garage. Bought Over many many years years . They last a long time. He is a very nice man.

He is not ethically right. Wants to come for a service call, charge me $40 or so but, says upfront that he will not fix it. That will be a separate service call later.

Simon was quick, efficient and diagnosed and repaired our oven in record time! I highly recommend him and plan on using him again !

I needed a basic part to do some repair on my kenmore washer. Even sears did not carry them and i had to order them online. I called Simon and not only did he have the part but he met me same day between clients. Thank you simon for my clean clothes!

Terrible experience when I ask questions like what guarantees for work he became offended and said I cancel the job. He did not even pull my refrigerator out to look at anything immediately diagnosed the most expensive problem. Lots of rip off artist and I have no doubt this was one. He came right away but saw fast money. Wanted to take advantage of a senior citizen

Had him work on my dryer about a year ago and he fixed my washing machine today. He is honest and fair. He will not overcharge you. Usually $50 for local trip and labor charge plus parts. My total was $130.00. He really cares about his customers.

SCAM of a company. Called and requested service on an LG fridge (this was communicated). Tech came out and said it needed a new compressor and that someone would call to discuss the part order. Paid $95 for diag which was to be deducted from repair costs. A few hours later I get a text from Simon, himself, who states they don’t work on LG appliances. Requested the diagnosis fee back and it’s been crickets. Thanks, guy.

This man is a ripoff charger you first and doesn't fix the problem claims to have fix the problem and my washer machine still is has the same problem.

Even though it took a bit of effort to communicate with Simon (texting works best!) and schedule an appointment to fix my Maytag Washer/Dryer, the results were excellent. He showed up promptly and fixed the unit so that it works like new. He expertly overcame all difficulties (this unit is in a tight space) and had all needed parts, so he finished the job in a very timely manner. Thanks Simon!

Unbelievable!! Unreliable!! Sammy left my family hanging to repair my refrigerator for a whole week!! Left my family living off two coolers for a whole week. Never finished the job and is refusing to return my money!! He doesn't provide a receipt and blames everything on miscommunication!! Doesnt keep his word to come when he says he would!!! Don't waste your time on a completely unreliable repair shop! Rude and disrespectul!!

Do they have a negative star, not even a zero, but a negative (below a zero)? Please, please, please do not use this business. They will swindle you. I wished I was in town when my parents decided to use them. They did not repair anything and took their money. They also wanted to say they needed even more repairs to cough up even more money, but by then, my parents caught on. They were able to steal the initial money quoted for the repairs, yet, didn’t repair at all. They will prey on the vulnerable and elderly. Tsk tsk. You should be ashamed of yourself. I’ll be reporting this business to the bbb, I’m surprised they are not shut down for robbing some many folks. Do not use!
