Alfonso and Gabby are exceptional and wonderful to work with! It was our first time building an ADU and they made the experience painless and enjoyable. The level and professionalism for the cost is unmatched and every time I talk to friends and family about how much we spent, their reactions are always blown away. Alfonso and his team completed the whole ADU build in 5 months, and there were no cut corners. I can’t recommend AMG enough. Even after they completed the build, they still help with minor issues on the property within a week. You cannot go wrong with AMG!

Carlos's knowledge goes beyond the cosmetic, which has saved thousands in the long run. We had ongoing issues with the same bathroom in our house. We had gone through several repairs of our tile and shower with other contractors over the years, and it was an ongoing issue. We hired Carlos to fix the tile, but upon closer inspection, he noticed there was evidence of wood rot, and upon inspecting the crawl space, he noticed the ultimate culprit was a broken support beam underneath the house. He took the time to show us evidence of the underlying issues and provide photo/video evidence of what the other contractors had missed. He fixed the damaged wood and support beam, replaced the tile, and fixed our shower door, and we haven't had a problem since. Additional items:

- He noticed there was an unually moist spot in our soil, and fixed the casue, a broken sewer line.
- Located a crack in the foundation, and it was not properly anchored to the ground, he fixed this.
- Noticed termite droppings under our rear stairs, replaced rotted wood, and we had pest control spray.

He did such a great job, we hired him for our 2nd bathroom, to install a high-tech toilet/bidet, dual sink vanity and a fancy selfie-friendly mirror. Could not recommend Carlos enough!

Contacted this business for a garage conversion 3 different times and they told me a contractor would reach out to come out and inspect job site. Never got a call back the day someone was scheduled to come out. I'll take my business to another contractor.

We hired them to do a garage conversion. the office staff is very helpful and knowledgable. the contractor is very active at the job throughout the process. they also have an architect that works for them which saved us alot of time. i would give them a 5 star rating any day.

i am an investor and i have several properties that are now under construction for the adu build. i used them for 1 ADU and everything went so smoothly that they are now working at 2 other properties. these guys really know their material and how to handle the city. very glad i found them and im excited to continue working with them from now on.

I worked with 3000 Construction and Enrike is the real deal. He knows construction inside and out—feels like he could build a whole house from nothing without even stressing.

He’s super straightforward and honest, no games. What he says is what you get.

His crew has been with him for years, which says a lot. And it doesn’t matter if it’s a small bathroom or a big house, he treats every job seriously.

Enrique at 3000 construction has done all my home renovation needs even a new pool that my family loves and enjoys often. 4 years in and the pool still looks brand new.
