I have worked with Enrique and 3000 Construction several times. We did a complete rehab project in Southbay Los Angeles. Plus we added a room and a bathroom to a property. He did a great job! The finish product was better than expected, I appreciate how he pays attention to details. If you're looking for great results, Enrique is great contractor.

We've worked on several projects together and I would recommend Enrique for any construction project you might have on hand. They do quality work. Period. I am waiting to start the next house with him if the city can get their act together and issue the permits. :)

Enrique did a great job building out an office space for us. He was a clear communicator and did a great job! We plan to use him again in the future and would highly recommend him for all projects. He is very skilled and knowledgeable about every aspect of construction.

Enrique Hernandez not only met our expectations but he exceeded in all these requirements.
We decided to go with him after seeing some of his recent construction and taking to his clients.
His pricing was also right in the middle of five different contractors .
He has an excellent set of crews who did a fantastic job and always completed the job on time.
All of his inspections passed without any major delays.
Enrique has a great sense of construction and his suggestions were very constructive.
As with any project, there are always few change orders but the best part was that he did not charge us exorbitantly to execute the change orders.
I would recommend 3000 Construction very highly.

I wanted to get new gutters installed and have my house repainted,. I received a referral to Enrique Hernandez and his company, 3000 Construction, through another contractor who worked on a separate project for me, and who suggested that a general contractor might best fit my needs.

I contacted Enrique, and we promptly scheduled an appointment for an estimate. He sent me a very reasonable quote for the work, and we agreed to move forward with the job. He had a very capable crew of workers who did an excellent job of patching stucco where needed and prepping wood surfaces prior to painting. After most of the painting was done, he arranged for the gutter installation, along with leaf guard filters. Once the installation was complete (one day), the painters returned to finish up. The entire job moved at a brisk pace and was completed a few days ahead of schedule. The work was of high quality, and I'm very satisfied.

During the entire process, Enrique stopped by periodically to make certain the job was being done properly, and kept me informed as to what was scheduled next. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I highly recommend 3000 Construction to anyone looking for a great general contractor. I would not hesitate to call on him for any future projects.

A very good service and experience workers

I had a partial power outage in my home. After reading multiple consistently great reviews I called Rocco. My call was answered immediately. I was asked to text a photo of my circuit breaker. After several minutes I received a text saying his son would be calling. Again, only minutes passed until Jeff called and said he’d be here in 15 minutes, and he did just that! He correctly found the problem to be with SCE. He explained the best way to describe the problem and made himself available to discuss with SCE if need be. What service!

Pat and Jeff are truly exceptional. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, responsive, and reasonably priced. I trust them 100%. I have known them and worked with them for many many years and cannot celebrate them enough. If you need electrical work I recommend Rocco Construction.

I was referred to Rocco's construction by a friend who told me that this was a local business who was reliable. I called and spoke to Pat, I explained to him that the electrical power in half of my house was out and I wanted him to come trouble shoot the problem. Pat immediately told me that before he came out for a service call, I should first contact Edison, because in his experience issues like I described are usually an issue with the service before entering the house.

I called Edison and they sent out a crew who discovered a broken wire at one of the connectors near the pole. They fixed the connection and full power was established.

Thank you Pat "Roccos's construction" for being an honest business person. He could have easily came out and charged me for a service call only to tell me that I had to call Edison because it was outside of the house. Thanks again. If I ever have an issue that I need taken care construction wise, I will make sure to call Rocco's construction.

Was almost run over by one of their employees, while I was on a crosswalk having green , but on the phone , fully aware of my surroundings! That’s why I noticed that foul mouthed jerk in his company Prius on Pico cussing me out ! Great representation of your company! That guy needs some training , on how to act in public while working for you guys ! And the phone number was on his car too 😂

Ez does an okay job. They fixed some stuff but left other things broken.

I repeatedly sought assistance from the flooring department over four separate visits, only to be left waiting for more than 25 minutes without any help. Despite asking a manager, no one provided aid during my waits. Eventually, an associate who wasn't familiar with flooring intervened and went out of her way to assist me, even checking in with the floorings specialist on lunch break. I appreciated her effort, but it's disheartening that only one person seems knowledgeable about flooring and yet customers are left waiting without backup support. To add insult to injury, the product I needed was out of stock. This is just another example of Home Depot's consistently subpar customer service, even during slower periods.
