I had Alberto here to troubleshoot an issue with my AC and to install a soft start kit. Alberto was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything. He was also extremely thorough and checked every possibility that would cause the issue, and ultimately fixed it. I would definitely recommend Alberto for any issues you have.

Semper Solaris replaced our entire AC system 10/2019, we have had multiple problems since installation, every year almost. The team even have to come back just weeks after installation because of cooling problems. It seems every year something comes up which is frustrating especially we paid top dollar for our system.

But luckily, Semper Solaris has technicians like Alberto. Alberto spent hours troubleshooting the problem and remedied it.
Alberto had the skills needed and has very good communication. He explained what he was doing and the problems he found.

I had a second service appointment and Carlo came out to my property to check my equipment. He was on time, very polite and professional, and took care of the issue very thoroughly and explained everything to me along the way. This was a great customer service experience once again.

Roland came out to review our solar system and batteries that were installed in 2022 by Semper Solaris. He reviewed the system with me and answered some questions that I had regarding how the system worked and any concerns I might have in the future. All is in good working order. We also talked about the possibility of replacing our windows and roofing at a future date. I am glad that Roland was able to confirm all is in good working order with our solar system.

Mike showed up with the wrong information from the company. I trouble shot this online with a representative from sempra Solaris and none of those notes were delivered to Mike. He troubleshot the equipment on his own, he tried to connect the internal tenor and that didn’t work, so luckily he had a replacement breaker in his truck. He took it upon himself to replace the breaker and got everything back online. He turned what would’ve been a bad review for Sempra Solaris into an outstanding job. I’m thankful for him.

Semper Solaris has been good for us. Panels have definitely helped us with the monthly energy costs. For the 1st time since our installation, we received an error notice, Contacted Sempris and was able to speak with a great gentlemen David, that has continued to stay in contact with us, until the final notice of correction was accomplished. No problem with the panels, just with the reporting, with other systems near us combining data.

Josh called to tell us that our powerwall 2 will need to be replaced with powerwall 3 due to a battery fault he diagnosed remotely. No cost for new battery as it is under warranty. He was very efficient, clear, friendly and easy to understand. He estimates 3 weeks for battery delivery from tesla to semper solaris. We’ll see how the delivery and install go.

Highly recommend Semper Solaris for HVAC! They installed a new heat pump furnace and AC two years ago, which we've been really happy with. Their service and follow up is excellent. Our tech Danny always does a fantastic job and is knowledgeable and professional.

I recently purchased a Tesla power wall. The installation team from Semper Solaris (led by Sebastian) was great! The guys were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! They respected my property and did an excellent job on the installation. They helped me think through some changes to the plan and what would be best for my home. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I decided to go solar with semper Solaris initially because of Sue Champagne who was so informative and gained our trust. She was knowledgeable and professional. Semper Solaris kept the work area neat and cleaned up well upon departure, Roland was my energy consultant and answered all my questions I had and provided great customer service, the whole team was efficient and quick. I would definitely recommend this team as they are positioned to be around a long time for their customers. I see they do windows now and all other home energy products. I'll be sure to contact them when my HVAC goes out.

I had my solar panels installed back in December 2021, And I’m happy that Roland recommended me to install a 5.65 KW solar system.

Today, after 4years, Roland came to visit me to update me on the new regulations in the solar panel industry. How SDG&E is changing the billing regulations. I’m glad that I had installed my system back in 2021, as I’m grandfathered in to the 2.0 model. Hence I am saving quite a lot of money every year thanks to Roland.

I want to emphasize that the job Semper Solaris did on the installation was very professional. As you can see from the pictures I have attached., the electrical conduit that went from the electrical panel to the roof did not loop around the rain gutters, which I found rather eye soaring on many homes in my Community. The exterior of my house looked really clean.

In the case where I might purchase an EV vehicle in the future, Roland said that a Battery might not be the best solution in my case.

Hence if anybody is looking to install a solar panel system or a battery, you should consult with Roland to determine the most efficient and advantageous system to be installed in your home.
