Their truck casually decided to block driveway entrance to our office. Truck driver came to move the truck and was very rude. Claimed he had the right to block my office driveway because he has a “big truck”.

Don’t hire them they will waste your time. They were supposed to offload at 1053 Sinclair Frontage Rd, Milpitas,CA by 7:30 am on jan20,2026 but they showed up by 10:30am and they brought wrong equipment to offload the truck and drivers were clueless at the point when they got their.I have tried to talk to them but no one was answering call on extension 102 and 103. They wasted my whole day.
LACK OF UNPROFESSIONALISM

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Ness Cleans The Mess, owned by Nick, to haul away some junk from my property, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional.

Nick did a great job clearing out all of the junk I needed removed. We recently completed a bathroom remodel and had everything in the garage. It was nice to get the garage back! Nick was very responsive, professional, on time, and even did a quick cleanup job after he removed everything! I'd highly recommend giving him a call to clear out your mess too.

4. a very knowledgeable and professional gentlemen inspected the area around our house and inside. (he even wore show covers as requested)
5. He determined that we didn't have bedbugs or mosquitos and suggested we were suffering from Rat mites! yuk. this set us in a new direction. No more rats, no more rashes.

They were timely, professional and did what was agreed to. They went above & beyond to help me with a special request. I am very pleased with the work and would hire them again.

We had some "deadly" oleander which we needed to have removed because we have a new puppy. You may, or may not know, that oleander is poisonous! Anyway, I called Jose and then Alex came out. Give us a very reasonable estimate, and showed up the next day. Took the plants out, and cleaned up after himself. Very friendly, great job, reasonable price. You can't ask for more.

Jose worked with us timely and helpfully through a complex root pruning job to meet the City of Fremont's and the sidewalk concrete contractor's requirements. He always arrived on time, communicated and was accessible.

Jose and his team did absolutely amazing job. His team trimmed a very large cedar tree in our yard. Also, his team planted a new tree in our front yard. There is a free tree program for residents of Fremont.

Jose's Tree Service recently trimmed back some oak trees from my roof. Their 3 man crew did a wonderful job at a reasonable rate. Their work was done safely, on time and very professional. They chipped the smaller branches, cut and stacked fire wood and cleaned up with rakes and leaf blower. I am very pleased with their work.

We wanted to remove the front yard tree after taking the permit from City. Shopped around few tree services using Yelp. Came across Jose from J.T.S Tree Expert. He is very friendly and professional. He offered the best price and I am also surprised to learn that JTS is on fremont's approved contractors list. His crew finished the job today. Crew are thoroughly professional and accommodated all my requests. I requested them to remove couple extra small size trees(grinding stump) as well. They immediately did it with in the original quoted price. Can't be more happier. End of the day, the best decision I took to work with Jose.

We recently hired JTS Tree Expert for a major tree trimming job and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. A large eucalyptus tree in our front yard was blocking most of the sunlight, and we reached out to several services for quotes. Jose from JTS offered the most competitive pricing and stood out by providing a clear, detailed plan of action—something other companies failed to do.

His team arrived the very next business day and worked diligently from morning until late afternoon. They skillfully trimmed the dense foliage and removed heavy branches without disturbing our surrounding plants. Midway through, they paused to let us assess the progress, and at our request, they trimmed further to maximize sunlight exposure.

The crew wrapped up by cleaning the area thoroughly. They brought a wood chipper to process the cut branches into small pieces and efficiently hauled everything away. We were impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and the quality of their work.

Moreno tree service was working on my block. I looked at the crew and the climber was using spikes/gaffs on a pruning job, No helmet, no eye protection, not double tied when using the saw with one hand. Ground crew was chipping with no helmet, no eye or hearing protection. I approached the Forman and he said they don’t need it . Very poor safety practices. They do have a very shiny new truck!! I hope they stay safe, but I would not recommend their services. Poor arboricultural practices, no safety practices.

These guys were out in force promptly at 8am and worked hard removing 30 feet timber bamboo with rock hard roots... they had all the equipment, did it in half a day, and cleaned everything up looking better than when they arrived. They also removed a tree stump and pruned my plum tree for free. Highly recommend!

Mr Moreno and his crew have worked for us on two occasions. The first visit they removed trees and ground stumps in the front of the property. The second visit they pruned large oaks on both sides of the property and pruned and cleared out plant growth in the backyard. They did a first-rate job both times. We highly recommend Mr Moreno and his crew because of their prompt, professional and friendly service.
