Octavio and his crew did an outstanding job including trimming and removing trees in our yards. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and hard-working. They cleaned up well and practiced safety on the job. We are happy with their work, and we will definitely use their service again in the future.

We used Saunders Tree Service to trim 2 large trees on our commercial property . Octavio returned my call for an estimate with hours and was able to set up a time to trim the trees within a week. Steve (foreman) and his crew did a wonderful job trimming the trees, cleaning after the work and being on time. We could not be more happy with their work. Would definitely use Saunders Tree Service again.

My place of business uses Saunders and has been happy with their work so when it came time for us to address some tree problems at home they were my first call. After getting a few quotes their prices were also hard to beat.
Octavio and his crew are responsive, on time, and adaptable to whatever situation arises. We had a large redwood tree that we hoped could be topped off below a split, but upon inspection they discovered that rot was already seeping in. They made a recommendation to bring the tree down and the crew adjusted to the larger project without complaint.
Would use again!

Called Octavio on extremely short notice close to the end of the day, trying to see if I could get a second quote after almost settling on a price I wasn't comfortable with somewhere else.

He came within an hour or two with a flashlight because it was already dark (early December) to come give me a quote that night. He looked the tree over, and the space situation as far as parking and space for his crew to work then gave me a quote I felt was fair.

He also reviewed some other trees I have near some power lines I was concerned about and explained to me why my specific situation is okay because the lines have a special protective casing, and it isn't necessary. 👍

Will definitely be giving these guys a call when it is time to clean up my trees again!

Hired Saunders Tree Service based upon the positive reviews here as we from out of area and helping my elderly mother in-law get a very tall menacing dead redwood tree removed and multiple stumps ground to below ground. We could not have been more pleased with the work. Octavio, crew and office staff were extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Octavio personally did the stump grind and went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results. He even offered to come back if needed. Reasonable estimates, excellent work and great staff. Would definitely hire them again if needed.

He gets the job done and goes out of his way to help ensure all needs are met, safety is a high priority and comes out right away when needed! The last tree he serviced in our yard was an emergency and he came out the same day and had it taken of within less than 24 hrs! Not sure how this business gets 5 stars? I contacted them for an estimate two times and a gentleman named Octavio responded back telling me he would come by and he never did. If that is the follow up this company provides, I can only imagine how bad it would be to actually get service their service.

Redwood Christian Schools is grateful for Saunders Tree Service! Two huge Euclyptus trees fell in the upper parking lot. Octavio and his crew arrived and made quick work of the two trees, cutting them up and removing them. When they left, there was no sign that they had ever been there.

Octavio and his crew are highly professional and efficient at their work. Octavio was very friendly and happy to talk about his work. They were careful not to damage any property. They were very clean and didn’t leave a mess. Finally they were kind enough to leave some of the wood for me to keep. I would be happy to request their services again.

I am not surprised that Saunders has a rare 5-stars for reviews. Octavio came by months ago to inspect our huge tree situation. Years ago, another company came by and quoted us $25K to remove the tree. Octavio came by and suggested to trim the tree down, remove some compromised branches and made us feel so understood and offered us a much better plan and quoted us 25% of the tree removal quote! Sold!!

And wow!!! It is unbelievable how much they trimmed and somehow left no trace that they were even here when they were done.They were always on time, super efficient and unbelievably detailed in every way!!

Arbortech is the best Bay Area tree company! From begging to end, the service was 5 stars. We have now had them out for three jobs. The bidding process was quick/informative and scheduling was efficient. We live in San Lorenzo and have two huge sycamore trees that intertwine with the power lines. While I was netvitdb, I stayed home for the trimming days and was able to meet and observe the crews. They were detailed, clean, polite and efficient. I even hired them to help at my dad’s house!

This company provided us great service & did a great clean up on our yard. I will definitely be using them again to trim our trees, thank you arbortech!

Arbortech was very professional and accommodating.
They used cranes to get the trees safely over the house. They cleaned up the job really well afterwards. I highly recommend them and in fact, I just called them again to help us with more trees
