I recently had the pleasure of hiring Classic Tree removal to address some overgrown trees in my backyard, and I can’t speak highly enough of their service. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional! First and foremost, communication with Classic Tree was outstanding. From my initial inquiry to the completion of the job, they were prompt, professional, and incredibly courteous in taking care to minimize any disruption to my property. Their team arrived punctually and well equipped for the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of professional tree removal services!

These fools are the Robo Call giants, after the second call today i asked politly to be removed from the call list and not 30 minutes later they are calling again at 8 pm!

Benjamin Ortiz inspected our home and found dry wood termites in our upstairs bathroom. He then sent Andre and Zack to get rid of the termites on 4-15-2026. These people were very helpful and we were told the program covered three years of service from 4-15-26 to 4-15-2029.

I just had initial service with High-Tech termite. Both the inspector and the tech were professional and enjoyable to talk with. The inspector found wood beetles where we thought we just had sub termites so I am thankful for the thorough inspection. Inspector was through with his findings and gave options and explanations for what they could do, and we decided on spot treatments. The price was comparable to a “big name” termite company, and I thought the overall price with the 3 year warranty with follow up visits was a good value for the price. I plan to continue with an annual maintenance plan after the 3 years

They were very responsive - Whenever I called the office they were prompt to answer the call. The “big name” guy never called or followed up by email. Hi tech scheduled our service after inspection for the next week.

The tech that came out was very experienced, which put me at ease knowing that he had done it so many times before. He detected where the beetles or bees were coming into the house, showed us the tunnels and bores, and explained how he sprayed and what would happen if the pests continued to eat at the wood. Overall, really happy with the few extra minutes that he spent with us along the way to explain the process, what he was doing, and what he was seeing.

They don't explain their pricing up front, we paid for two floors to be sprayed, because they don't work with your schedule we cancelled, but didn't get any money back even though they only did half the house

Ignore their FREE ESTIMATE gimmick on the website. You have to pay for inspection to get their FREE ESTIMATE. The person who took my phone call was going in circles. She told we can't provide you estimates until our inspector visit you and I have to pay $150 for it. They will give free estimates if you tell me where exactly you see termite. My neighbor house was fumigated yesterday. It is very likely I have possible termite in my house. You have to provide evidence or report from other company before they can come and give you free estimates (NOT FREE INSPECTION...this is the trick).
They are running business so they will know better than customers like me. I wonder if this was person who took my phone or owner also is on same page. I won't mind speaking to owner and understanding logic behind it.

I tried to get rid of termite for my house and asked several companies to do the inspections. Later I chose Hi-Tech, and they were reliable and responsible, even the gate and garage door were not working well after they finished the jobs. They still very nice and patient to come back to help me to fix the problems. I felt happy and secured to work with them.

Great customer service (ask for Bernadette when you call in) and also thorough inspection (they found additional areas needing treatment than a competitor). They also added in an additional service for no charge - removing and re-attaching wooden boards to access the back of the kitchen cabinets to minimize drilling of holes in the front. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found 2 additional holes AFTER the treatment was finished, requiring another scheduling and treatment one week out. I will say cost was also much more reasonable compared to a competitor.
