Arbortech is one of those rare organizations that treats their customers as they would like to be treated. We have employed their services on several occasions as have our neighbors. We live in an older, established neighborhood with many large old-growth trees that require varied levels of service or complete removal. We have been quite satisfied with the services performed by Arbortech on our property -- from simple tree trimming to the major removal of a huge, old growth tree. This company may not be the cheapest, but they are reasonable. It was important to trust the removal of a 75 ft tree adjacent to a structure on our property to a company who knew what they were doing.

Matt and his crew are very professional and did a great job cutting our tree. Matt explained all the details before the tree was cut down and gave us a great price. His crew cleaned all the debris and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving.

We recently worked with Arbortech to remove a 50-year-old California oak from the front of our client's property to accommodate a home addition that extended into the front yard. They handled the job with impressive speed and efficiency, and they even left a large section of the tree at the homeowner's request, so it could be used for furniture or art. They also spread the wood chips into the hole left by the tree stump removal, which was a great touch.

In addition to the oak removal, Arbortech pruned and trimmed an overgrown Chinese elm in the backyard that was obstructing our work on a roof extension, and they efficiently removed a fruit tree and two flowering trees that were in the way of the backyard addition. Throughout the entire process, their communication was excellent, their service was top-notch, and their pricing was very fair. Matt was particularly helpful and easy to work with.

Overall, Arbortech did an outstanding job, and I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend the team at ArborTech. They were great communicators, tree experts, and a cheerful onsite presence. They tackled 5 very different tree jobs at my place, ranging from removal of a 40ft redwood through to pruning and manage lemon trees and pepper trees. Everything started and finished as promised. Our fruitless Mulberry tree had lived a good life. She was here where we moved in with our young children. She watched them grow up, get married, move away, and bring their children back to meet the tree. But she was rotting from within and it was time. Our ArboTech crew (starting with Matt) asked about her history, why we were taking her down, and what would take her place.
I could not be more grateful for their thoughtfulness right down to the new to our family Eastern Redbud that was planted today and the root left for our fairy door. Our youngest grandson will be so happy to see that.
