I always do my research before diving into a big purchase. I have never had termite experience so this was my first. HiTech was the first visit but not the last. Overall I had multiple inspections, because I needed another professional opinion. Overall the reason I chose Hi Tech is because from the start they gave me the best price for the best service. If you are new to this, I would 100% start with Hi-tech and go from there. Remember tho when doing this tent thing, you will need to ensure PGE can turn on your power after the tent comes off (limited appointments saturday, none on sunday)

We highly recommend HiTech Termite Control.
They have been excellent. Benjamin was very knowledgeable. He evaluated the termite problem at our storage garages and sent us a detailed report with treatment costs. The office staff communicated well…the technicians arrived on schedule and knew exactly what needed to be done. 1. I'm glad you strive to improve daily. I do not understand why you aren't doing that today.

2. If your inspection was limited to the exterior, how is finding 1A literally entitled "SUB AREA", which can only be accessed from the interior, and why would you only inspect the exterior and charge us for a full inspection?

3. If the fumigation was successful, why do we have termites in the identical locations again? Particularly if you claim to have applied Timbor to all exposed timbers in sub and attic spaces to prevent new infestation?

4. I don't understand why you would dispute saying anything about it "being out of warranty". Leilani literally emailed the following on Nov 4, 2024 at 6:54AM:
"Looking through our records this property was under a 3 year warranty and unfortunately that has expired."

Thank you for the invitation to call for additional help, but your opportunity to help has passed. Now we just have to pay for more work. Downgrading from two stars to one for your continued, consistent customer service style.

Hi-Tech Termite inspected a property five years ago, diagnosed drywood termites, selected a fumigation company, and got paid. Now we are preparing to sell the house and another pest inspection company found drywood termites in the same places. We asked Hi-Tech if there was anything they could do about it since their fume obviously didn't work. Leilani in the office said "Let me send our manager out to see what we can do."

Benjamin Ortiz then went to the property and called to say that he thinks they have no responsibility because their warranty expired. Then he declared that he's going to write a whole new pest inspection with worse findings and bigger estimates for repairs and file it with the state and he did.

So we have deep regret that we paid Hi-Tech for work a few years ago that obviously wasn't done well enough to prevent the same bugs in the same places, and even deeper regret that we asked them if they would stand behind the work.

Diamond Certified? Not on this one.

If you have termites or suspect you might have termites, this is the place to call! Making an appointment for a free inspection was super easy, just call and they’ll fit you in. You get an email confirmation of your appointment and day of, the tech will call you when they’re on their way.

My inspector was Sean and he was really awesome! He came right on time, did a very thorough inspection and explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood. He even pointed other potential issues I may have with my house that wasn’t termites. He was very receptive to all my questions.

He even wore foot booties in the house which was awesome! Most people don’t so that was very considerate. Honestly I think Hi Tech Termite Control is really lucky to have Sean and in turn it makes this company a great choice! I highly recommend!!

Hi Tech puts everyone else to shame. I discovered what appeared to be termites at my house and called ~5 pest control companies. Two of them never got back to me. Terminix showed up and straight up lied to me (they said I had termites, turns out I do not). A fourth company charged $350 for an inspection and then wouldn't do the pest work unless they could do the structural work as well.

Hi Tech provided 10x better service than everyone else. Their inspection was free and the inspector was thorough and clearly super knowledgeable. When I asked them to work on a tight timeline to coincide with some construction we were doing on the house, they showed up the next day. When it turned out we'd need two visits, they did not charge a second visit fee.

10/10, I will never use anyone else.

The employees at High Tech Termite have all been great to work with but I especially want to compliment Zach (I hope I spelled his name right). During one of my home renovation projects I found termites and I of course freaked out. Zach came out to complete the treatment and was really professional and thorough. He patiently answered every question I had too. Then during my next home renovation project, I found more termites hidden in a different area of my house. My home was still covered by the warranty and Zach was sent out again. I felt even more stressed out about the termites the second time Zach came by, but he was really supportive during what felt like a crisis to me. This is a company that shows you they care about you and your property, and that's important to me because a lot of businesses these days only care about the money. I highly recommend them.

I had treatment done today by Zach. He was great. Communicated throughout his process. Talked us through everything and how it works. He was truly a great tech. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Very friendly!

Hi-Tech Termite came out and inspected and provided a clear estimate for treatment (x-ray and chemical) and rotted wood replacement. It seemed fair and we proceeded. The crew showed up on time and did fantastic work. They even found matching paint (I didn’t know I had) and painted the window sill and exterior siding for me. I highly recommend Hi-Tech Termite. Staff is kind and professional.

Had some treatment done today and was lucky enough to have a technician as thorough as Zach! He was very kind and explained everything well. He was patient with all the questions we had and would recommend Zach to any friends and family in need of termite services

We used High Tech to treat subterranean termites on our 100 yr old home and have been impressed with the entire process from inspection to the communication from their office. Major was our technician who was prompt, communicative and diligent with the work.

It is also nice that the warranty is far more affordable than what you’d pay to a company like terminix if you want o be covered for many years. I’d recommend them to any other home owner.

High-Tech termite was contracted for termite fumigation. Initial inspection was professional by the inspector Jason, who gave options and explanations for all those that are were available. After weighing all options, it was determined that I would go with fumigation. High-tech subcontracts with best care, termite fumigators. Over more than a 6-month period, I was forced to reschedule my termite fumigation due to construction delays and issues. Both high-tech and best care were very professional and without issue. I would note that I was sure to reschedule within the contracted time frames set forth in the contract.

Prior to choosing Hi-Tech, I had multiple inspections and quotes prepared for possible termite treatment. Most companies were extremely expensive, unprofessional or unresponsive. Both high tech and best care were very professional and efficient. On the day of fumigation best care had three medium to large structures tented and fumigated in less than 3 hours. It showed how professional they were and how well they performed their job.

If you find yourself in a situation that you need pest care and/or termite treatment I highly recommend both Hi-Tech and best care for your pest control needs. Thank you.

Nisei Rug is excellent at making my rug seem new again especially since I have pets. I have used them several times over the years.

Matt was punctual, called ahead and was kind to my pup who was barking like crazy each time he arrived. Our 22' (a long one!) runner had quite a few puppy accidents on it and was starting to give off an odor. Our freshly cleaned runner no longer is smelly and hopefully pup accident free (although that one is on us). Thanks Matt! We'll be back!

this review is based on a conversation with the owner of the company who was very honest and straightforward and told me that the composition of my rug was going to make it difficult to clean in a way that i was happy with. he was honest and informative and we decided together that it wasn’t worth the cost of cleaning. refreshing to deal with someone professional, knowledgeable and honest— not just trying to make a dollar but really providing a service.

I recommend Nisei for all rug services. Matt is the best. He has both cleaned and repaired our rugs. We have some older valuable rugs and I have been surprised by how much life he has given them. I have used him year-over-year. Five-star excellence

I was recommended by a neighbor to have my rugs cleaned by Nisei. Wowza!
