I made the appointment yesterday and they showed up today and completed the job in no time. The worker who cleaned my solar panels was very pleasant. Other company’s wanted to
charge me way more than Gutierrez Exterior solutions. I was very satisfied and pleased. I will use them again.

They came right on time. Did an excellent job, gave me both before and after pictures. Were very respectful of my property. Will definitely use again.

Technician spent about 45 minutes start to finish for the size of my roof and panels. The before and after photos really show how dirty my panels were even after spraying them myself with my garden hose and the heavy wind and rains we have had recently. Really worth it and I plan to have them back again this year.

Reasonably priced, showed up early- did great work! Friendly, respectful and quick and efficient.

Gutierrez Exterior Solutions just completed cleaning our solar panels. They were on time, professional, friendly, reasonably priced and did a great job. They sent me pictures as the work was being done showing the before and after views of the solar panels. I have attached a picture of one of the panels before and after the work was completed. Gutierrez Exterior Solutions offers a variety of services and we will be using them to complete future services. I highly recommend this company. We've dealt with other companies in the past to complete the same work and no one has ever done the job as well as Gutierrez Exterior Solutions. Try them and you will see for yourself what I'm talking about.

Anthony and his team made the entire experience easy. I first got a message from him sharing their services, and I so happen to be in the market for solar cleaners. When I checked out their website, they also do bird guard protectors for the solar, which I happened to be looking to get done too. Just the right timing for him to reach out as I was wanting to get this work done anyways. Very fair pricing too. Well recommended!

Marcus was not only prompt, but early. Very professional, and calming. I called at 1:00 pm and Marcus was done by 4:00. Can’t ask for better than that. Highly recommend.

This was one of the worse experiences that I’ve had with a large company ever, and expected a lot more from Orkin.

I hope the service for the coming weekend go a lot better. Orkin’s business processes are broken and communication practices are even worse.

To be fair, the service tech was fine. Orkin’s business practices put us both in an unfair position.

Davion was very professional and kept me advised of his arrival time. He also went over and above to work on my request to eradicate fleas as part of their quarterly service. He was very considerate of my animals to ensure that They were safe before I could return home after spraying

This was the first time I worked with Orkin. I called in to order a pest treatment for one of the rentals I manage. I later found out that they put me on a monthly service plan which I was not aware of or agreed to. I called/emailed multiple times but the branch manager never responded. Meanwhile they kept scheduling appointments and I was told by the customer service that I can't cancel them either! I can't imagine such a big company will do business like a robber, I'm speechless.

Orkin arrived right on time and I met with Gerardo.
We toured the complete yard and basement, plus garages.
He recommended a plan to treat mice and rats.
After the review he did the 1st treatment in the yard
.This is a monthly plan and am hopeful for quick results

Great service as always. I have our home serviced every 3 months. Webs from spiders, little mud nests up high are removed. Danny made sure issues exterior and needs for interior were ok, if interior we can have them come out and be addressed! They do a great job!
