Orkin is great for you commercial business. They were very knowledgeable with our issues and concerns and were able to work discreetly for us during off hours so we didn’t lose any day to day operations. Mark Parayno our Orkin Pro worked very fast and took care our ant problem right away and helped us prevent future ant issues by helping us seal our window frames. I highly recommend Orkin!

Stay Away! They are a bait-and-switch company; every service I was promised was not done. They blame their call center in Atlanta, then say those rules don't apply to California. They promised bait stations, but when the tech showed up, he indicated they were $59.00 a month extra. i can go on and on! be warned

Very thorough follow up visit to deal with an ant problem. I showed the tech the rooms and areas where I noticed them. He tracked down their point of entry. Time will tell, but about 1 day later... no more ants.

Orkin has been servicing my place for close to a year. The exterminators have always been helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly.
If I have a need in the future I will call on Orkin.

The guy Amari did a great job! He climbed into my attic and sprayed the perimeter of my home. Give that man a raise. He went all out.

My recent encounter with Orkin left me flabbergasted and appalled, as they not only failed to inspect my house for more vermin and doing cleanup, but also displayed a shocking lack of courtesy and professionalism in their customer service.

Let us first address the egregious oversight in their duties: the cleanup of rat feces. One would assume that a company boasting expertise in pest control would understand the importance of not only exterminating the rodents but also sanitizing the affected areas. However, Orkin's negligence in this regard was nothing short of astonishing. Despite repeated assurances and my signing the special service agreement for $500, the rat feces remained untouched, festering reminders of Orkin's inability to fulfill their obligations completely.

Yet, the disappointment did not end with their failure. Instead, it was exacerbated by the abhorrent behavior exhibited by their customer service representatives. Rude, dismissive, and utterly lacking in empathy, they treated my concerns with disdain, as though I were inconveniencing them with my rightful expectations of adequate service.

Upon raising the issue of the neglected cleanup, I was met with condescension and thinly veiled accusations of incompetence on my part. It appeared that Orkin's modus operandi involved deflecting blame rather than assuming responsibility for their own inadequacies. That seems Kyle's MO to say the least.

I caution anyone considering Orkin for their pest control needs to think twice and explore alternative options.

Elijah from Orkin goes above and beyond to take care of our home and family from all critters and wild life intruders. He is punctual and a very great communicator, and one of the nicest orkin technicians in the area. Even provide the best tips to keep mosquitos and ants away from our home all year round.

We just moved into our new home and were immediately overwhelmed by pest problems — fleas in the crawl space, flies everywhere, a rat tail found outside, and stray cats hanging around the property. It was a lot to deal with, and our contractor even refused to go into the crawl space because of the fleas.
Thankfully, Elijah Pipkin came to the rescue! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Elijah took the time to listen to all my concerns, patiently answered every question, and thoroughly explained the treatment plan for our entire home.
He didn’t rush through anything and made sure every area was addressed. His calm and confident approach made me feel completely reassured during a very stressful time.

we had our initial service done but the person showed up 30 mins after the scheduled 2 hour window. We had the indoor and outdoor treatment planned. When he finished the outdoor service he kept asking to reschedule the indoor treatment as he was on time crunch. After coming in late himself in the first place. They do not allow you to be in the house at all while they are doing the treatment and ask to not enter for 2 hours. So not even sure if they properly did the whole house. Wonder what kind of chemicals are being used if its that much safety concern. Noticed after the treatment that the spider webs were not knocked off as per request. Only a few were but left a lot others like that inside the garage. (I wonder because of the time crunch the treatment indoor was done in a lot of haste). I am rethinking whether to continue the service looking at the safety concern about indoor usage. We have had other pest control service where this concern was not there at all
