the techs in the field have very limited fault on the operation and managing of the schedule, delays and no shows are not acceptable, ever. got to get it together Orkin hayward, make sure your techs are set up to succeed and make their appointments on time.

The extermination workers are great and have helped me with our kitten and his flea issue. There’s a huge miscommunication with the administration office, however. Two weeks ago I’ve asked them to call so that they were able to further explain the contract I signed, as I was confused on payment. They took two weeks to even reach back to me AFTER I have already told the extermantor who visited, that I no longer needed an explanation as he was able to help me understand the contract. The lack of communication from admin staff is very offputting and the amount of time they took to reach back to me is very Unprofessional. Very disappointing.

Orkin recently treated my home in Oakland. Gerardo is the best Technician I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I manage properties in the Bay Area and will request his services for multifamily buildings as well. He was knowledgable, fearless and most importantly he kept his word. The work is contractor level!

i needed my carpets and sofas to be cleaned, and after checking a popular online directory, i came across a highly recommended carpet cleaning company. they got back to me quickly after i requested a quote and offered a very competitive price, so i arranged an appointment. to be honest, the initial cleaning by john was not up to my expectations. he finished the job in an hour, which was surprising as he was supposed to clean two rooms, two sofas, and a mattress. the carpets and sofas were wet after the cleaning, so i could not immediately assess the quality of the job. however, once everything had dried, i was disappointed to find that the cleaning was not done to my satisfaction. i contacted the carpet cleaning company a few days later to express my concerns. without any hesitation, they agreed to send another cleaner, avery, to re-clean the areas that were not properly done. avery was friendly and professional, immediately identifying the problem areas and agreeing that they should have been cleaned better. he then proceeded to thoroughly clean the carpets and sofas. i could see a noticeable difference right away, even before everything had dried, and the entire area smelled wonderfully fresh. i am extremely pleased and satisfied with the job that avery did. i will undoubtedly use this carpet cleaning company in the future and will specifically request for avery. i would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good carpet cleaning service. they are a company that truly stands by their work and goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are happy and satisfied.

Landon and Harrison arrived precisely at the scheduled time and finished their task in about 15 minutes. They did a remarkable job with the carpet cleaning. The only minor point to note was that the drying time for the carpet was slightly longer than the estimated 2 hours. It took around 24 hours for it to be entirely dry. Regardless, I highly endorse their services and will definitely contact them again for my carpet cleaning requirements in Hayward!

we needed our carpets cleaned quickly because we were moving into a house in hayward and the carpets hadn’t been taken care of yet. i reached out online and got a reply by email almost right away, plus a phone call early the next morning. eco green carpet cleaning was able to fit us in the following day and explained clearly what time they would come and what to expect. they were also very flexible when i mentioned later that i wanted the stairs cleaned too. harrison did a fantastic job—he let us know about a few tough spots that might not come out, but he worked hard to get them as clean as possible. he also kept us updated on when he would arrive and finish. the office team made paying over the phone easy, which really helped since we didn’t have internet set up yet. i would definitely recommend them and plan to use their service again, especially since they offer a coupon for future cleaning!
