Will say whatever you want to hear to get into your house! Mislead by the scheduler that the tech has everything with him to get blood out of the carpet not to mention the tech was 90 mins late after the window time and offered a $19 discount for the inconvenience. I called scheduling about the huge delay, as I was ready 5 hrs earlier, and they said they’d call to find out about the delay and call me back. They never called me back and just let the tech show up like business as usual. Plus it’s a portable machine and not truck mounted.
I was originally quoted $139 over the phone for the area needed because i was trying to see if they could beat my Groupon discount and when here I was told I need a deep cleaning for $330.
