wow, what a day. wanted to share my great experience with morgan brothers carpet cleaning for coming out and taking care of my rugs at the last minute. earlier this week, i tried booking with a different carpet cleaning company because their prices seemed super cheap, but that didn't turn out well. after texting back and forth for days, their tech finally showed up late in a small car with just a rug doctor and a bottle of carpet shampoo, and he didn't look professional. i told him i wasn't comfortable and asked him to leave. after that, i started calling around in a panic because all my furniture was stacked up in the kitchen and bedroom waiting for the carpets to be cleaned. i got a few numbers from another company since they were fully booked, but then i got a call back from the owner’s family member who heard about my situation. conner said they could squeeze me in that same afternoon, which was a huge relief. they showed up on time, used real professional carpet cleaning equipment, and worked quickly to get everything spotless before my husband got home. the team was so friendly and made sure my rugs looked and smelled fresh, way better than before. i’m so thankful for their help and fair price. i’ll definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned—such an awesome job!

I hired them to do a deep cleaning of my restaurant. They did an amazing job and got under and behind all the appliances.

We had two bedrooms and a family room carpet cleaned on 5/5/26. They were filthy. Matt said we should have the carpets done annually and that the high soil areas should be done again in the warmer summer months ahead.
They came out pristine, clean everywhere, even where I make a mess in the family room eating in front of the TV. I know from experience that highly soiled areas and spots can come back, but right now they are super clean.
He was completely done in about 1 hour. Unlike other carpet cleaners I've hired over the years there was no smell whatsoever. I don't know how long it has been since we last had them cleaned. The price was more than I recall other carpet cleaners charged, but the results were certainly worth it. You get what you pay for.

Matt knows his stuff. He understands fibers and stains, uses high-tech equipment, and does great work. He shows up on time, too. Not cheap, but well worth it.

We did carpet and upholstery. Matt was on time, through, professional, one tiny spot wasn't totally gone after it dried, and he came back the next day and took care of it. He was great.

Cole’s carpet cleaned our wall-to-wall carpeting so well that we had them clean our antique Persian area rugs.Matt delivered them today and they look fantastic! The colors are more vibrant than before they were cleaned and Matt installed them perfectly. In our several appointments they have been punctual and prepared and very professional.We will definitely use them again and we highly recommend them.

This review is a long time coming! Matt cleaned the carpets in my condo for years and always did a fantastic job. He's on time, easy to communicate with and prices are VERY reasonable. Carpets and sofas always looked as good as was possible between dogs and a kid:) Now he's coming to do the house for us! Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you for all your hard work Matt!

I had 4 big off white carpets cleaned on October 15. They appeared to be new and beautiful when we bought the house but not long after we moved in they had lots of stains. We have a dog but I can’t blame her for all the stains. About 18 months ago we had the carpets cleaned by a company that sends us advertisements in the mail and I was not impressed. They told me the stains could not be removed and I was very disappointed but replacing them was not an option.
This time we looked for recommendations and the Cole’s ones impressed us.
Matt came and assessed the scene. He was quite honest with me and promised to do his best but agreed it was a tough job. 2 + hrs or so he was done!
I was SO impressed with his work! It was beyond my dreams and I will do everything in my power to keep my carpets clean! In fact, I will maintain them with an annual “shampoo”
Matt is very knowledgeable, has an immaculate van and cleaning equipment. He gave me tips about carpeting, home humidity etc. No chemicals are involved and there is no smell. Our home looks so much better!
I highly recommend him!
