I received a standard cleaning job with base board detail and added wall cleaning. Some base boards and walls I had to go back and clean. Toilet and sink fixtures didn't look completely wiped down. The kitchen area was subpar and I had to wipe everything down. Microwave wasn't cleaned. Entire house was not vaccumed. They were willing to spot clean the areas I pointed out but not worth the $ if I didn't get full service treatment.

Disappointed in the quality of their work and price they charge. 3bed /2bath for move out clean service for almost $800. They certainly didn't do the expected kind of work, like lifting up an area rug to vacuum below. Vacuuming the corners. Would not recommend or hire them again.

I’ve used Sparkling and Beyond Cleaning Services now for 3 months consecutively and can honestly say that they have been a huge help to me. Being a full time caregiver and working full time can be exhausting and leave no energy for house cleaning. My home is always fresh and clean after services and I really appreciate that the same crew comes each time. Definitely recommend!

On 6/1/23 & 6/2/23 my wide and I had a carpet shampoo and move-in/move-out deep clean scheduled on the respective days. The carpet shampoo was completely successfully however, when ilthe deep clean was completed it was utterly disrespectful how unsatisfactory the level of work was. - The hardwood floors had not been touched! - the cabinets were still dirty (to the level my wife found an uneaten chip on a shelf!) - There was dirt on the floor and required sweeping and mopping after the $1200+ paid for the service! Beware of poor professionalism when it comes to completing a job. Totally dissatisfied with the service.

This company should be re-name Sloppy Cleaning Service. Our tenant hired the company to do a move out package which charged closed to $800. When we got our home back days later we found used contact lenses in the corner of the bathroom. Underneath our little carpet just in the door there were black dirt that look like hasn't been clean for 2 years. When remove the stove top, flakes of food debris fell out like snow flakes. We took care of those. However, when our new tenant finally got ready to move in, they vacuumed out hair which jammed up their carpet cleaner, and it wasn't even half of our smallest room. I called this company up, hoping they would make it right. They refused saying it's more than 24 hours. See the photo for yourself. Any non-professional can clean better than that.

To respond to the owner below. Our home was walked in 2x within the 18 days - 1st time during our open house of 3 hours and 2nd time was when we replaced the fan. There were no cooking involved. People do not leave out gobs of hair just be being there for a few minutes during the open house, not to mention leaving used up contact lenses. It is my bad that I didn't thoroughly inspect the home when the home was returned to us, which was on 5/24 (more than 24 hours after your service). As I mentioned, I had no idea who my tenant hired. The house looked okay superficially. But accordingly to your policy, this is already outside of your 24 hour window. Policies are made by people. I am telling you facts of what happened. You can choose not to believe in me or do the right thing, I can choose to write this review. You have plenty of good reviews so you said you didn't care that I write a bad one, right?

I think the most important point I am trying to make for those of you who are looking for a cleaning service company - isn't whether this company is willing to do re-clean. It is the fact that the hair in the carpet, contact lenses in the bathroom, the food debris right underneath the stoves, should've never happened in the first place. We should not have to call a cleaning company back to re-clean. For a company charging this level of price, and not bother to remove the top of the stove or the small carpet to do a thorough cleaning - is completely unacceptable.

I confirmed my appointment twice and the day that they were supposed to come over they didn't show up!

They power washed the exterior of the house but didn't bring the correct equipment to wipe down the windows. So, my windows had streaks on them. They said that they were coming back to redo the windows from the outside but no one came.

I requested A Deep Clean for a 4bdrm/3bth house, they sent only 2 people and 1 lady, Gloria, did mostly all the work because she had to redo the other person's work. I had to watch and inspect what had to be redone. I would not use this company again unless Gloria comes.

My apartment requires professional carpet cleaning in order to get our security deposit back. I booked this service a week ago. I get an email the day before the service is scheduled telling me they don't have a service team in my area. I don't understand how it took over a week to realize they can't do it. Why did they allow me to book if they don't have a team in my area? Now I am unable to find a replacement that can perform the service on extremely short notice and I will lose a $2000 deposit. I am furious to say the least.

Very poor service. Maybe they are good for cleaning empty houses after or before a moving but for standard cleaning services they provided an awful service. They pretend to clean houses without moving anything. Nobody expects cleaners to move heavy forniture or delicate equipment, but they use the excuse of not moving furniture/objects to avoid cleaning most of the house. You have a small box under the bed? Then they don't clean under the bed. You have a plastic bottle or a cleaning product in a corner? They don't clean the floor around there because "they can't move things". They also provide a pricy window cleaning service, but guess what? They only clean one side of the window and if there's a small object near the window, forget about it "they can't move things" so they'll skip the window and charge you for it. Total: 215$ for 1 person working 2 hours in total. Insane.
