Long story short. I called these folks since my HVAC went out. On 11/18 their tech J came out and did some tests with his meter and disconnected some wires. He determined that both the fuses had blown and replaced them. The system started up but J said it should not be working since it was missing a vacuum hose to the induction motor. I told J that they had replaced the motor a few years ago. He checked and said there was no record of it. He also said that it was very dangerous to be missing that hose because it could lead to carbon monoxide poisoning. He tested and it was negative. He checked inside the home and it was negative. I also pulled the paperwork from 2017 to show J that they had indeed replaced the induction motor. J took a photo of the paperwork and left. Ten minutes later J called me back and told me that the replacement motor did not need the hose and there was no concerns about carbon monoxide poisoning. On 11/25 the HVAC stopped working again. I called Climate Control again and they sent J out again. This time he said there was a short in the system and that it could take anywhere from 1 to 4 hours to find it at $150/hr. In addition J said in his experience usually in the control board will also need to be replaced. That would be an additional $600 plus labor. I told J I would have to think about it and could someone contact me regarding just replacing the whole unit. He told me sales would be in touch. In the meantime I contacted B. A. Morrison and they sent a tech on 11/28. I told him what J had told me and he had the system up and running in FIVE minutes. There was a bad float switch which some how been disconnected and was causing the short.
12/15/22 Ok. I wanted to update this review for the sole purpose of saying that in terms of customer service the company went above and beyond. The posting by the owner (?) about refunding my fee was more than I had expected or required. The check arrived in about week and I am very impressed with their commitment to customer satisfaction. It is very rare these days. I would actually use them again, however,
I probably would ask for a different tech.

Hugo was awesome! Friendly, respectful, and happy to educate us on what was going wrong with our system, why it was happening, and how to keep it from happening again. This is the quality of service I wish more businesses would aspire to.

Excellent service tech. Was late because of difficult previous job but Hugo spent time explaining the heating system, how he was performing the diagnosis, and double-checked to make sure he had correctly diagnosed the error.
