We have worked with Abarca for a few years now on our pool/outdoor projects. We are completely impressed by them. They are professional and hard working. We even had them work on our own property and are so happy with our putting green! We would highly recommend them!

I got your number from a neighbor getting work done, and called Efron on a Wednesday and asked if he could give me an estimate on removing a tree. He told me no job is to small. He said he would call me back that evening to set up an appointment. It’s been almost two weeks and no call, it doesn’t matter now anyways, as I called a company who wants work, and came out and gave me an estimate the next day. I’m glad I found out about your poor customer service before giving your company a job, I can only imagine if you give poor service before getting a job, what it would be after you started.

I had a great experience with these guys, and I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of like I did with the other guys. Manuel is a very nice guy, did a lot of work fixing my irrigation leak, and was a pleasure to be around - give the guy a raise! Thank you for the help, you guys did a great job.

After living at our current residence for seven years, my wife and I finally grew tired of the basic mulch and plants that were given to us along with all of the other new build homes.

Looking for a company to transform our front yard into something spectacular, we reached out to Abarca. Efren promptly came out to give us a quote and after taking some time to discuss it, we moved forward with him. His professionalism, attention to detail, and artistic talent were on full display as he walked us through what our yard could look like.

Abarca began working on our project as soon as possible and Efren was regularly there giving input and keeping us informed every step of the way. Whenever an idea or new vision came to him, he would text or call us to walk us through it, but we never felt we were being upsold. In many cases, the price didn’t even increase or it even decreased with his suggested changes. Everything he pitched truly had our best interests in mind.

Along the way, we also worked closely with David, Anthony, Carlos, Savanna, and the crew that put in countless hours of hard work. Every single one of them were amazing and made us feel very valued.

As for how the project turned out, it far exceeded our expectations. People regularly comment on how fantastic it looks and even stop to take pictures. Beyond looking beautiful, it is also functional as we have been having our morning breakfasts out in the courtyard. There is absolutely nothing we would change about any of it.

We will definitely be going with Abarca for our future projects and cannot recommend them highly enough. It also needs to be emphasized that of all the professionals we have worked with since moving into our home, Efren is the absolute best and he definitely deserves a special shout out. The amount of care he has put into our project cannot be overstated. He has treated the project as if it’s his own. With that, we feel very confident that, as a company, Abarca fully stands behind their work.

I have worked with nick for a bunch of projects. He is professional, communicates when he plans to show up and when he finishes. Always completes the job and looks amazing when finished. There has been times where I could not be there, and he did the job perfectly and sent photos.

Performance Project Solutions has been doing extensive work on my house for the past 2.5 years. I count on PPS for everything from electrical, plumbing, general construction and painting, to little stuff like installing filters on my water systems, furniture assembly and hanging pictures. I'm always satisfied.

I have been using Nik as my only handyman for years. He is consistent, reliable, and always gives me great value for my money. He has done a wide range of projects and fixes for both of my houses. I highly recommend him.

I have had Nick do EVERYTHING in my home. His expertise, pride in his work and knowledge is nothing less than REMARKABLE. Nick remodeled my bathroom even adding a window, redid plumbing in both bathrooms and kitchen. Redid lighting in kitchen, living room and bathrooms. Repaired broken tile expertly! THEN had him paint and repair the facia around my home, he found water rot, holes in stucco one couldn't see, repaired broken tiles and fixed air vents that needed to be covered not to mention repairing all the gutters had he not told me it would have been incredibly costly to fix continued damage. Nick goes above and beyond in his work. I was blessed as I am a single older woman and it's been challenging to find a handyman who is as honest ,dependable and reasonable in his cost as Nick.
