When I know exactly what I want, and where it is, the store experience is favorable. Most employees are nice.

Asked a question to a cashier about roofing sheets. I asked if I could get someone to help me in plywood. He totally blew me off and told me there was no one for him to call for 5 minutes. The reason I have three stars because the female in garden was extremely helpful. She showed me the best bug spray to buy.

Good pricing if your out to buy gardening tools. Best to shop around & find the best pricing you can. Home Depot sells high quality tools & supplies. Don't expect to find the right parts to repair your gardening tools. They have limited supplies of parts for brands they do not sell & if it's over several years old. Plus don't look to do any carb work.

Dirty business

Very poor service. We have been a long time customer and they frequently skip half the yard. When I attempt to call to get it resolves all calls go to an answering service and no calls are returned and the work is not done. This has been a repeat occurrence. They take advantage of anyone not there to supervise their work which should not be necessary.

I called for an estimate and was told that I would receive a callback by the person who handles sprinkler repairs. I was never called back. If they cannot balo up with a promised phone call what type of work might we expect from them?

I've used this company on several occasions for my personal property as well as for a few of my rentals. I'm very pleased with the services. I was able to make an appointment with the friendly office clerk and receive prompt services. I love what they did to my back yard.

Would not recommend this company to anyone, poor service and communication unless you’re talking about money or paying them but to talk details of work or questions about anything they never get back to you. The guys they send out were rude and treated us like we were in their way, I wasn’t hovering but did need to ask a couple of questions about time frame and was met with attitude and rolling of eyes. Once they had left I realized they didn’t even finish their work and when I tried to call to speak to someone about it I was told they’d call back. That was 2 weeks ago. Do not recommend this company at all.

Used Van's to overhaul entire landscaping at our new home in Hemet. One stop shopping...they did it all: New patio cover; Outdoor lighting; Iron gate; Veneer on front of home; Sod; Trees; Plants, Rocks; Concrete walkway. Our home looks amazing! Hard working, good communication, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Van's has been in the Hemet valley for decades...definitely recommend.

Efrain Rodriguez is my landscaper, and he is very good at what he does. He is easy to talk with you about what you would like to see your yard look like in the future. His knowledge of local species of plants, trees, and fruit trees and how they will or won't survive in this region is very accurate. "Incredible Landscape" is what I see for my yard... This Landscape artisan is a pro.

Incredible landscaping did an amazing job on our front and back yard! We had tons of weeds and our Palm trees needed to be cut down and they were fast, efficient, and cleaned everything to make it look perfect! The price was VERY reasonable for what was done. We will most definitely use them again and will tell anyone listening about them!
